Staffed by a PT, Dan, and 3 others (not sure what they are, PTAs??), Brian and Abraham and Mark. Dan is excellent, patient and takes time to explain the issues. Brian and Abraham are the guys who help with the excercises and laser/stem treatment as necessary. they're fantastic also. Friendly, and easy to work with. Mark is a therapist of some sort (massage maybe?). he does muscle treatments after the exercises also. His massages are deep without pain. so also excellent. I usually went Tuesdays/Thursdays (their late days) and it wasn't crowded. Didn't have a factory pt feel that other clinics do. Overall hopefully you don't need to have a pt treat you, but if you do, go here.

They are not at all agile in neither customer service nor accommodating needs of the disabled. I do not drive due to my injuries. My Uber was late and I tried to call at 4pm regarding a 4:20 appointment, but it took 10 or more minutes to reach a human. I had to coonect to the billing depot before I was able to speak to a person who xoonected me to bellmore. By the time I got a person I was nearly there when I was told I would not be seen today. I arrived, first time there, and their street facing door is actually their back door, with a sign that said please knock loudly. I knocked, soneone came, open the door and asked what I wanted. I said to come in. He said you have to go to the front which is actually the back. Here I am barely able to walk and this idiot wants me to walk around the building rather than accommodate me and let me in. The director was not available. I believe this business is too busy to care about being customer friendly and accommodating, and too big to be agile and adjustable. I was asked I'd I wanted to reschedule and I replied absolutely Not. I will not do business with such an establishment which is probably an indication of the level of treatment I would receive.

I love to dance and I had begun to dance again to lose weight but my knees were screaming. In the beginning I was very frustrated. I've had knee issues forever. I was born with hypermobile knee caps and they are too high up. I cried because the straight leg raises hurt a lot. Now I can do a lot more before pain starts. I can tighten my quads now without having to hold my knee caps (to prevent them displacing). Now I can walk faster and longer without stopping all the time. I feel stronger. I walked 6 miles with minimal pain the other day. Thank you Dr. Chris and Dr. Phil! They are patient and work with your needs!
