I heard about this fast casual local business from a friend who goes to the Crunch gym nearby, and the menu looked good online. In my first impression when I walked in, I was pleasantly in awe at the cool Star Wars decor covering every square inch of the cafe. It was quiet when I went on a Tuesday evening, with only one other customer who was a regular. The staff were nice and made my bowl very efficiently in a few minutes. I got a custom poke bowl to-go with tofu and tons of veggies ($11). They were generous with the toppings, however they unfortunately forgot to include the sauce I requested, so I added some hoisin and soy sauce from home and it tasted delicious! It made for a perfect balanced, healthy post-work out meal! Overall plenty of food, açaí bowl, and smoothie options for all (omnivores, vegans, etc) and very reasonably priced. I enjoyed the vibes and would have liked to have stayed longer-- I'd go here with friends to hang out! Plus they even have a 10% discount if you are a member of the nearby gym!

Had to stop here to see the Star Wars decor in person and it's quite impressive. I got a poke bowl which was good and they seemed to have a decent size selection of other items to choose from. Service was polite and fast. I would go back to try other items.

Great pick me up after a hard workout! They serve delicious açaí bowls, smoothies, and poke. I usually get the strawberry banana bowl, it is so good -- they use fresh fruits. The workers are super friendly and helpful when trying to pick from their massive menu.

The last couple of times I have come in for poke bowl and a Wasabi tuna salad. Both were amazingly delicious and healthy. Great spot to come in for a light meal and it states the macros too which is perfect for my lifestyle.

My sons and I tried the Pina Colada, Green Goddess, Berry Breeze, The Atlantic Bowl, and Strawberry Banana Bowl. Everything was good, the only reason I'm giving four stars is because of the price. The five items above were $40. Healthy is not cheap.

Fantastic place on corner of Park and Seminole Blvd. Lots of healthy options. Bowls of various types, smoothies and protein shakes. I got the Caribbean Chicken Bowl. It was fantastic. Fresh and tasty. Definitely has quite a bit of spice but I liked it. Next time I'm trying a Peanut Butter Cup shake. Check it out for a healthy option.

I ordered the green goddess with a few add ins, absolutely loved it. My new favorite smoothie / shake eatery. The shake was light weight, did not upset my stomach and tasted so uniquely delicious . One of a kind. The interior is all star wars themed as well! All around great business. The service was excellent.

My little lady and I was in the area and decided it would be a good time for Poke. She had never had it before and wanted to try. We searched for places to go and this came up. Although we were looking for more authentic places, we decided to stop here and they didn't disappoint. Fit Stop Eatery is a juice bar/healthy place that's a destination for people who workout as there is a gym near by. The atmosphere is very good. When you open the door they greet everyone with a friendly greeting. You then place your order at the counter. This place has Pole of course, but also had salads, juices and other items to complete or help with working out. The pole was delicious. We ordered the Big Island Bowl which comes with tuna, salmon, corn, avocado, mango, edamame, rice all topped with an eel sauce... but substituted the salmon for crab. I should have substituted it for more tuna because the tuna was awesome. We also had a fit protein shake called the Wopbobaloobop lol. All in all very good. read more

Weird ambiance, rude customer service. It was my first time in and they were mad because I was asking questions about some of the bowls. I was really off put by this experience and felt unwelcome. I love açaí and smoothie bowls and found this place on Yelp - it was AMAZING! I got the Blue Shaka smoothie bowl and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place! I saw some of their poke and chicken bowls too and they looks soooo good. Can't wait to come back and try those another time. The store front is located in a nice place. Easy to get to and lots of parking spaces. I was excited to go in as there was upbeat music outside the front door and once I went inside, the employees greeted me with a smile on their faces. I ordered two smoothies and an acai bowl for myself and two friends. The food was prepared quickly and they even waited for my arrival to blend the smoothies. The strawberry banana acai bowl was all melted by the time I picked it up and made it back to my home. I ordered through Grubhub and added extra toppings which were forgotten on my order as well. It did not cost any extra money so I was not going to drive back to the store. Overall, I think that Fit Stop was okay given the current situation and the items I ordered. It might be better if you received your food and begin indulging immediately. I will probably give it another try in the future when I am able to sit down in the store front. read more

Hands down the best tasting protein shakes I've ever had. So delicious in fact, that I don't even taste the protein powder they use to make them! Their shakes are made with sugar free ingredients, water based and are low carb, low calorie, high protein flavor bombs! Where else can you find a 32 Oz. Protein shake under 400 calories with 50-55 grams of protein? It's crazy! And the flavors are fun and unique. My personal favorites is the candy bar that tastes like a Snickers, and the Elvis Presley that has banana peanut butter and hazelnut! It's run by a husband and wife team that are the nicest people and can tell they love what they do. I was a tropical smoothie junkie, but TBH, I havent been back since I checked this place out! This is now my go to obsession before work. And couldn't be happier that it's in the neighborhood! Cheers! read more

They have so much on the menu and it all looked great. I was on vacation visiting the arcade nearby with kids. They didn't have anything healthy to eat there. I walked over for a healthy lunch here and was not disappointed. The had protein shakes, açaí bowls, poke bowls, salads and more. I picked up a California Bowl to go. It was so good. I just finished my first poke bowl from this place, and it was excellent! I have had poke bowls from the majority of the places in the area, and this is definitely in my top two best. The biggest thing was the fact that everything in the bowl tasted super fresh and all veggies were crisp. The staff was super nice and the place is very clean. Honestly first time I've gotten excited about a new place in awhile. Food was super fresh. Food also came out super quick. Staff was also great. The memorabilia and collectibles made for a great eating environment and cater to a crowd most healthy fitness places don't cater to. It's very unique. The smoothie I got was a large and GIGANTIC. The Hawaiian chicken bowl I got tasted so good because it wasn't over the top with the sauce and proportions. It was a simple bowl and would drive out of my way for this place. Also... the prices are extremely fair for what you get and was pleasantly surprised. All in all I recommend to anybody thinking about going here. read more

I wasn't going to write a review but seeing as their ex employee nick's review was taken down I think it's justified now. Look, the place isn't the most horrible thing in the world but if you're looking for cool small business owners you're at the wrong place. The food is alright and it's probably the only thing on the menu with genuine macros. All of the shakes are claimed to be made with 1st phorm protein when indeed it's not. The açaí bowls are great but once again the macros and even the ingredients aren't correct. The açaí is just a big pack of blueberries from Sam's club no different than what you use at home. So with all of this being said there's also the occasional smell of spray paint, occasional arguing of the two owners (husband and wife) and if they just have a negative opinion of you when you walk in the door don't expect to be greeted with kindness. As for all of the employees everyone they've hired/ have hired has been amazing and are great with customer service but just know if the owners are "working" with them a portion of your tip to the employees is going to them. Was a great job with some great people but I cannot say the same for the owners of this establishment. Just go get your food/shake and don't try to build a relationship unless you want to be belittled at some point of the so called friendship. read more

Just had my first poke bowl from the newly expanded Fit Stop Eatery! Rob and Kay who were working behind the counter, are the two most friendly(and dare I say dashing in black masks) people I have ever met in a food service environment. That is definitely true. The Berry Bowl was a great choice! I left out the nuts though, but all the other ingredients were spot on! I would definitely get this bowl again and looking forward to trying out some of their drinks too!

What's better is they taste indulgent, like your having dessert rather than a healthy shake! I had the Dios Mio cholado with a Passion Fruit Base and the Tropicali with a Mango Base. They list everything included and everything is so good and fresh. The Dios Mio I love bc of my love for passion fruit and the Tropicali is wonderful with the mango and all the tropical fruit plus a passion fruit paleta. This can be eaten or drank and it's so colorful and refreshing. There is also acai bowls and other fruit salads here. Everything is Florida-esque / bright, colorful, flamingos, flowers, and the people working especially the guys are awesome and enthusiastic and super helpful. You can sit at the tables which have the umbrellas for shade or take it to go!! I had no idea that St. Pete had a small food truck park. You will find it right here!!

Stopped by Fit Stop Eatery and tried their Açaí bowl... absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well balanced, and the portion size was great. The fruit was fresh, the açaí had perfect texture, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. You can tell they care about quality ingredients and healthy options that still taste amazing. The atmosphere was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful as well. Definitely a great local spot if you're looking for healthy food that doesn't feel boring. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu. read more

I have been getting shakes here this past week. Unfortunately, with the past 2 shakes I have received they have given me the wrong order and refused to give me a refund due to "Covid-19 precautions". I hate to have to leave such a bad review, but the owner of the store also cuts his toe nails right out front of the store wall. It was a good experience once, in and out very quickly. Then I get my order wrong twice without a refund and I see some old dude cutting his toenails outside. Makes me wonder what they are even putting in those shakes. read more

Fitstop Eatery is absolutely awesome! I can vouch for their best protein shakes with over 49 grams of protein--it's a game-changer. Although I haven't tried their food yet, everything on the menu sounds delicious. The interior is decked out with cool Star Wars and movie-themed memorabilia, creating a fun atmosphere. The owners are so nice. It's a nice place. The strawberries taste like canned strawberries and mangos as well which is disappointing because that's added sugar and preservatives. For $11 I feel I could get fresh strawberries. My husband loves their poke bowls. Their smoothies are too heavy for me. read more
