My little lady and I was in the area and decided it would be a good time for Poke. She had never had it before and wanted to try. We searched for places to go and this came up. Although we were looking for more authentic places, we decided to stop here and they didn't disappoint. Fit Stop Eatery is a juice bar/healthy place that's a destination for people who workout as there is a gym near by. The atmosphere is very good. When you open the door they greet everyone with a friendly greeting. You then place your order at the counter. This place has Pole of course, but also had salads, juices and other items to complete or help with working out. The pole was delicious. We ordered the Big Island Bowl which comes with tuna, salmon, corn, avocado, mango, edamame, rice all topped with an eel sauce... but substituted the salmon for crab. I should have substituted it for more tuna because the tuna was awesome. We also had a fit protein shake called the Wopbobaloobop lol. All in all very good. read more

The store front is located in a nice place. Easy to get to and lots of parking spaces. I was excited to go in as there was upbeat music outside the front door and once I went inside, the employees greeted me with a smile on their faces. I ordered two smoothies and an acai bowl for myself and two friends. The food was prepared quickly and they even waited for my arrival to blend the smoothies. The strawberry banana acai bowl was all melted by the time I picked it up and made it back to my home. I ordered through Grubhub and added extra toppings which were forgotten on my order as well. It did not cost any extra money so I was not going to drive back to the store. Overall, I think that Fit Stop was okay given the current situation and the items I ordered. It might be better if you received your food and begin indulging immediately. I will probably give it another try in the future when I am able to sit down in the store front. read more

Weird ambiance, rude customer service. It was my first time in and they were mad because I was asking questions about some of the bowls. I was really off put by this experience and felt unwelcome. The girl at the counter got mad at me because I interrupted her conversation with her friend when I arrived. So sorry for visiting! read more

Family owned business with PHENOMENAL customer service! The owners always greet you when you walk in, they remember your name, remember your order, have great tasting products and even greater prices! They even give you a discount for working out at crunch fitness next door. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place!! I usually get the chocolate banana protein shake and I'm never disappointed! read more

Fit Stop Eatery - a smoothie in a plastic cup - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Seminole, Florida

Hands down the best tasting protein shakes I've ever had. So delicious in fact, that I don't even taste the protein powder they use to make them! Their shakes are made with sugar free ingredients, water based and are low carb, low calorie, high protein flavor bombs! Where else can you find a 32 Oz. Protein shake under 400 calories with 50-55 grams of protein? It's crazy! And the flavors are fun and unique. My personal favorites is the candy bar that tastes like a Snickers, and the Elvis Presley that has banana peanut butter and hazelnut! It's run by a husband and wife team that are the nicest people and can tell they love what they do. I was a tropical smoothie junkie, but TBH, I havent been back since I checked this place out! This is now my go to obsession before work. And couldn't be happier that it's in the neighborhood! Cheers! read more

They have so much on the menu and it all looked great. I was on vacation visiting the arcade nearby with kids. They didn't have anything healthy to eat there. I walked over for a healthy lunch here and was not disappointed. The had protein shakes, açaí bowls, poke bowls, salads and more. I picked up a California Bowl to go. It was so good. I wish I had one of these near my house. read more

Smoothies are amazing and at a great price. Really convenient spot and fits the macros!

I just finished my first poke bowl from this place, and it was excellent! I have had poke bowls from the majority of the places in the area, and this is definitely in my top two best. The biggest thing was the fact that everything in the bowl tasted super fresh and all veggies were crisp. The staff was super nice and the place is very clean. I will definitely be dining here regularly. read more

staff is super rude if you get the wrong order or if it's slightly messed up and you say anything you will physically get yelled at i heard this from other people as well and thought it wasn't true until it happened. it is a corrupt business please dont feed into them read the other comments they aren't lying...! read more

The Seminole location owners and team are excellent! Food is great, atmosphere is fun and everyone is upbeat and friendly! Highly recommend and we eat here weekly. You will be satisfied with your experience... no doubt! Enjoy! read more

Honestly first time I've gotten excited about a new place in awhile. Food was super fresh. Food also came out super quick. Staff was also great. The memorabilia and collectibles made for a great eating environment and cater to a crowd most healthy fitness places don't cater to. It's very unique. The smoothie I got was a large and GIGANTIC. The Hawaiian chicken bowl I got tasted so good because it wasn't over the top with the sauce and proportions. It was a simple bowl and would drive out of my way for this place. Also... the prices are extremely fair for what you get and was pleasantly surprised. All in all I recommend to anybody thinking about going here. read more

The owners are very disrespectful, I had an issue with my bowl and they tried to make it my fault. The female owner must think she is a god cause she screamed at me and the staff over her mistake. I feel bad for the employees. For someone who is mid she thinks high up! read more

I wasn't going to write a review but seeing as their ex employee nick's review was taken down I think it's justified now. Look, the place isn't the most horrible thing in the world but if you're looking for cool small business owners you're at the wrong place. The food is alright and it's probably the only thing on the menu with genuine macros. All of the shakes are claimed to be made with 1st phorm protein when indeed it's not. The açaí bowls are great but once again the macros and even the ingredients aren't correct. The açaí is just a big pack of blueberries from Sam's club no different than what you use at home. So with all of this being said there's also the occasional smell of spray paint, occasional arguing of the two owners (husband and wife) and if they just have a negative opinion of you when you walk in the door don't expect to be greeted with kindness. As for all of the employees everyone they've hired/ have hired has been amazing and are great with customer service but just know if the owners are "working" with them a portion of your tip to the employees is going to them. Was a great job with some great people but I cannot say the same for the owners of this establishment. Just go get your food/shake and don't try to build a relationship unless you want to be belittled at some point of the so called friendship. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in for an Acai bowl today. The restaurant offers a ton of great healthy food options!, andd we loved the acai . It was very creamy. I was slightly disappointed that the fruit was not fresh. The pineapple and strawberries on the acai bowl were previously frozen or from a can. read more
