The fruit was fresh, the açaí had perfect texture, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. You can tell they care about quality ingredients and healthy options that still taste amazing. The atmosphere was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful as well. Definitely a great local spot if you're looking for healthy food that doesn't feel boring. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu. read more

Great little place with a fun Star Wars theme (to the max!!) serving clean bowls & smoothies. They have several signature bowls or you can build your own. Same idea as Fresh Kitchen but elevated with a fantastic selection of smoothies and juices. The food is fresh and made to order. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Sadly their protein powder and syrups - while sugar free - are sweetened with Sucralose (Splenda) which is basically air puffed white sugar. I however love that they use pure Matcha powder and not that sugar-laden "barista blend" Matcha latte mix that most places use. We will definitely be back. I heard about this fast casual local business from a friend who goes to the Crunch gym nearby, and the menu looked good online. In my first impression when I walked in, I was pleasantly in awe at the cool Star Wars decor covering every square inch of the cafe. It was quiet when I went on a Tuesday evening, with only one other customer who was a regular. The staff were nice and made my bowl very efficiently in a few minutes. I got a custom poke bowl to-go with tofu and tons of veggies ($11). They were generous with the toppings, however they unfortunately forgot to include the sauce I requested, so I added some hoisin and soy sauce from home and it tasted delicious! It made for a perfect balanced, healthy post-work out meal! Overall plenty of food, açaí bowl, and smoothie options for all (omnivores, vegans, etc) and very reasonably priced. Really like the protein shakes here! Probably the best protein shake place I've been to and NOT Herbalife trash! Great macros, non sugar options available lots of flavors, I love the peanut butter cup shake but all the ones I've tried taste great! There are fruit smoothies also. Bowls also very good, you can pick from the menu or build your own. There are several options for base and plenty of protein and a ton of veggie options. I like to get the buffalo chicken on salad and run it through the garden with some Sriracha. Lots of other options (Poke bowls) but those are my go to's the past few months. You can't beat the location and it's right next to a gym so lots of people to help you get motivated for a workout come in and out as you are there. And finally, the unexpected; an amazing collection of Star Wars memorabilia (more than any place I've seen this side of Disney) just blows my mind every time, even a lot of Legos... gets my son to go and have a healthy rice bowl for lunch with me! read more

I never write bad reviews, but at this point I'm just tired of witnessing the same thing over and over. Honestly, the food and other products aren't bad and I have been in here many times. The employees are very kind people, the issue is the owners. They have been extremely nasty to all the business owners in the rest of the plaza, nasty to many customers, and most astonishingly, nasty to the personal trainers including the PT manager at Crunch fitness right next door. I'm talking full blown screaming, cussing people out, horrible insults etc. Employees both former and present, as well as people that work/go to the gym next door, have attested to the fact that the owners bad mouth every single person that walks in their door, no matter who they are (mostly talking about peoples looks and their bodies). They told a Driftwood customer to go kill himself just because he was standing near the front of their store (Driftwood and Fit Stop are right next to each other). They've bad mouthed the other businesses in the plaza entirely, and as cool as the concept of Fit Stop is, I can't continue to support them and I will make sure to tell others I know to also not support them. read more

My brother had his first poke bowl- teriyaki chicken. He loved it. I had the Mediterranean salad and was amazed at how much chicken. Usually with salad I feel like there's not enough protein. This is not açaí. I ordered a build your own açaí bowl. The pineapples are from a can. The strawberries are previously frozen and mushy. The granola was mushy. And the açaí base was not açaí! I think it was blended up blueberries. It turned my mouth and teeth completely purple. You can see in the pics there is chunks of blueberries floating around in the fake açaí. If food is mediocre, I don't typically waste time leaving a poor review... but this is beyond disappointing. Everything tastes / looks like it came out of a can or was microwaved. My "Hawaiian bbq" bowl had literal mush awful tasting chicken with what tasted like McDonald's bbq sauce and canned pineapples. The rice was dry and undercooked. Everything just tasted like it came out of a can. The acai bowl was sad again with what I assume to be all previously frozen fruits. The base didn't taste bad. read more
