I worked with Rylee and Jeff since May, and I truly never dreaded going to physical therapy because they made every session genuinely enjoyable. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am today. There were several moments during my recovery when I hit bumps in the road and felt like giving up, but their constant encouragement kept me going. I never thought I'd say physical therapy could be "fun," but they kept things interesting by changing up the workouts and tailoring everything to my pace without pushing me too hard. After several months, I can confidently say I'm finally starting to feel "normal" again, and I truly couldn't have done it without them. On top of that, the front office staff and assistants were always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facility itself was spotless, comforting, and such a positive environment to recover in. I'm incredibly grateful for the entire team.

I chose Synapse Physical Therapy in Westminster after hearing multiple recommendations--and I am so glad I did. From day one, I felt cared for. My therapists, Samantha and Riley, worked as a team to design a treatment plan tailored to my recovery. They listened, adjusted as needed, and encouraged me every step of the way. Thanks to their skill and support, my progress was steady and meaningful. What really sets Synapse apart is the atmosphere. Every member of the staff--from the front desk to the assistants--knows your name, greets you warmly, and makes you feel part of the community. The entire team collaborates, offering suggestions and insights to give you the best possible care. Appointments always run on time, and the treatments feel personalized and effective. I credit both Dr. Frank and the wonderful team at Synapse Westminster with giving me back a strong, functional shoulder. If you are looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional physical therapists, look no further--Synapse is the best choice you can make for your recovery.

This franchise will not let patients contact the billing department by phone to resolve issues quickly, and answers to my emailed questions never included a name or contact details until I threatened to complain to the Colorado Division of Insurance about their failure to resolve an insurance claim within 60 days, as required. I discovered this office contracts with an intermediary (known as American Specialty Health - ASH) that slows payment between the insurer and their office ---- sticking it to the patient by collecting way too much up front. I went in for a second opinion on my right foot for Chronic malalignment of the metatarsal, Ocel took X-rays and he couldn't find anything wrong. Ocel sent me to multiple appointments with different providers NOW I see it was only to increase revenue with out solving or my concerns. After he refused to admit there's a problem I looked at the x-rays 4 weeks later and I found the malalignment of the metatarsal plane as day that needs to be realigned in my foot, I dropped off the first opinion and results form other providers showing what was wrong. Apparently I hurt his feelings because he had the office manager tell me not to come back to Cornerstone, (Ocel isn't Man or Doctor enough to tell me himself) trust me I won't and I strongly recommend you don't go to Cornerstone Orthopedics', They are an Extremely greedy practice. You will see DON'T RETURN TO OUR OFFICE STATMENTS IN MOST OF THE POSTINGS ON THIS SITE. WOW do you all see how many complaints Cornerstone has. Also, Cornerstone and Bruce Webber replaced my knee, I should have read these reviews before I went there in the first place, I have been in agony ever since 2022 and now I need to find an attorney. Because I can't go back for them to fix their F*** up on my knee. I'm going to file a complaint with the state. All of the people with the complaints should do the same and maybe they will shut cornerstone orthopedics down.

I can guarantee you that if anything were to occur in the future, we will never step foot in your establishment again. Please see the letter I wrote to the head honcho, with absolutely no response whatsoever. This was also just the tip of the iceberg. Throughout this stay, there have been a multitude of issues. To be quite honest, it was very disconcerting. That being said, none of it was towards the actual care team. Everyone that I personally encountered were extremely kind and helpful. This is where we are going to get into the details. Your Director of Case Management, Karen Cook, is absolutely wretched at her job. I'm not going to mince words. I believe I have spoken to her, via phone, twice. Please keep in mind that one of these was during the care conference on September **th, two days after admission. The other was prior to admission. She wrote in an email that she tried to call me a few days later, and that she left a voicemail. Surprising, as I received no missed calls, or a voicemail in the time period that she said she called. Not once did she try to call back. As stated, the only time I received a phone call from this woman was within the first two days of my mom being there. The care conference included her, and at least one therapist. Since then, I have received ZERO updates from any therapist of any kind. Not only that, but some of the emails received from Karen came across as condescending and rude. So, that favor may have been returned. She is absolutely not clear about anything. Today, I picked my mom up to return her to *********, where she resides in the memory care facility. I didn't get a care conference of any kind. Was handed papers to sign by the nurse (who was very nice), and basically shoved out the door. I do have all emails from Karen, if you would like me to forward them. I am beyond appalled. NO updates on therapy!? Nothing?! Phenomenal. Now, I will say my mom is a hard headed broad that thinks she doesn't need sort of medical device to help her move around, when she absolutely does. That being said, I received 5-6 phone calls stating that she had fallen. Oon 3 or 4 of those, she was ok. Another one, a portable xray machine was called in. One was when she was transported to the ER for multiple tests, of which a diagnosis of a hematoma was figured out. On Tuesday, I came down to see mom, and curiosity got the best of me. I asked the nurse to verify how many times mom had fallen. She looked it up, and guess what.........only 2-3 (I cannot accurately remember how many she said, because I was so baffled), were actually documented!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!? So she fell a multitude of times, but only thought to document a couple of them? That is asinine. So, to say the least, I am writing this so you can see what is going on in this business. This is absolutely deplorable. These are family members. These are loved ones. Would you be ok with this happening with a member of your family!? Especially an 85 year old woman with dementia/alzheimers!? Yeah, me either. Thank you for your time.

My doctor, affectionately called "Dr. E." is among a small handful of my very favorite physicians in my 80 years of life. The nurses and CNA's were all kind, helpful and quickly responsive to all of my call lights, requests for help and questions. My physical and occupational therapists were wonderful and enjoyable to work with. Far less important but still greatly appreciated is the physical environment. Bright and cheerful, lots of windows. If I ever need the services of another rehab center in the future I will ask I can go back there. I am sure there is no better facility. I recommend the Center at Northridge in Thornton Colorado to anyone that needs a skilled nursing facility to help them heal.
