Now that they do we've switched and I understand why their families LOVE working with them. It's because TenderCare is a family operation and the families they serve are treated as family from day one. They have take a very frustrating part of my life - ordering medical supplies for my trach and vent dependent son, and made it so easy. There are less boxes coming in which means I have less porch pirate worries, everything is packed efficiently so my recycling isn't overwhelmed with boxes anymore, all of the supplies that get to us are exactly what I needed. I never feel like I can't call text or email my service people when I need something and they are so invested in solving problems for me. And that contact part of things, being able to email my service people whenever, is HUGE because I have toddlers, very mobile happy toddlers one of whom has a trach and vent and having that reassurance that they WILL get back to me the next day about whatever it is I thought of at 2am makes our life so much easier. Their problem solving skills are superb. I can call and say this is my issue that I need a solution for and they will help me work the problem until we have a functional solution for our family. A great example is our vent is table top and we were using a kids toy as an IV pole because again we are dealing with toddlers here who like to knock IV poles and equipment stands over just because they can. They had a solution for me immediately. TenderCare is just an absolute joy to work with.

Ten days post-op (ACL/Meniscus surgery) they had me riding a stationary bike. 2.5 weeks post-op I was crutch and brace free. Five weeks post-op I had full 140* flexion and about 7 weeks post-op I was at full extension, walking with no limp and feeling awesome!!! They continue to encourage me to exceed all my health goals while being careful to not re-injure my knee! It's a super fun environment and the therapists are energetic, knowledgable and great at their profession!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Synapse!

I was recovering from…read moreACL surgery, and from day one I knew I was going to love it because the team seemed just as eager to get me better as I was to heal. I worked with Rylee and Jeff since May, and I truly never dreaded going to physical therapy because they made every session genuinely enjoyable. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am today. There were several moments during my recovery when I hit bumps in the road and felt like giving up, but their constant encouragement kept me going. I never thought I'd say physical therapy could be "fun," but they kept things interesting by changing up the workouts and tailoring everything to my pace without pushing me too hard. After several months, I can confidently say I'm finally starting to feel "normal" again, and I truly couldn't have done it without them. On top of that, the front office staff and assistants were always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facility itself was spotless, comforting, and such a positive environment to recover in. I'm incredibly grateful for the entire team.
