They were succulent and extremely tasty. They were seasoned to perfection! He also provided garlic bread that had his signature garlic spread. The pairing complemented each other so well. The flavors provided a festival for my tastebuds. My guests were raving about their food all into the next day. He was professional and on time with the delivery. The rub had helped to brown the turkey skin to a rich raw umber color as well as season the turkey. The turkey received a lot of ooh's and ah's (and yums). The collards greens were fresh and cooked to tender perfection, perfectly seasoned with smoked turkey wings. It turns out this is a "virtual restaurant" inside of Denny's. There is no phon number provided to contact them for resolution. When I realized they were inside Denny's I called there. spoke with the manager who did not care at all. They said the meat is pre portioned out, so apparently they just don't put meat on their sandwiches, contrary to what they advertise. They would not give a refund. Buyer Beware!
