Strained ligament stretch, spend 5 minutes on a bike at your place, spend 5 minutes in the pool at your pace, spend as much time as your able in the resistance pool. You can position closer to the center for ease and closer to the outside for greater resistance. This location also has a childcare facility for gym members, Saturday family swim at a designated time on weekends and offers tween memberships with adult supervision. Be sure to stretch before and after your workout to prevent muscle injury. Often times there's no soap in the soap dispensers in the men's room, the men's urinal, there's only one, hasn't been working for six weeks, machines breakdown and they don't fix them, and pads where you put your legs or arms are totally worn through the viny! deep into the padding, and it will stay like that for months, and still nobody is replacing those. Absolutely pathetic. EDIT: I finally canceled my membership here, but they kept charging me, and when I would reach out to ask for the manager, Josh, I was always told he was busy or not available. I spoke directly with the assistant manager about the situation, he told me he totally understood, and he would personally work on getting my refund. When I called for him again, I was told that he moved to Tennessee to take over a Crunch Fitness gym, but when I would call to ask if he would follow up on what he promised me he would do, I was told that he was in training for a few weeks and I couldn't speak with him. I found out that his brother was a manager at the gym in Tennessee, I left multiple messages for him, I spoke with multiple people at that gym, and I never could hear back from anybody. I finally went into the Madison Wis. location and spoke directly with the new manager, Josh, he said he would take care of everything by that Friday, in four days, but weeks later nothing had happened. I emailed and called the facility a total of 22 times, and my money was finally refunded to me. And this was months after I had cancelled my membership...

Every single stall had toilet paper on the floor of it. How does it get so dirty??? I'm genuinely confused. The middle sink of the women's locker room has not worked in over a year. The paper towels and bottles for cleaning equipment are empty well over half the times I am there. This place is disgusting. Literally only go there because it is affordable and in close proximity to where I live. Can't wait to be able to afford somewhere clean.
