On my agreement it says $26.24 twice a month, $40.95 enhancement fee once a year. In Oct they took out $26.24, $26.24, $67.19. Even with proof the manager denies it, gaslights me saying it's only $40.95. I told him I want to cancel my membership and he refuses. I phoned corp many times, emailed them and not one of them want to help. They don't even listen. They just brush you off. They keep saying talk to the manager, ask the manager to cancel. I have many times through email & management not only refuses to cancel he denies extra charges so what can one do. I already filed a complaint with BBB and called my bank. I have opened a investigation on the over charge. I'm getting nothing but the run around from both the Gym manager & anytime corp. Stealing from members is not a part of the agreement and think that would be a good reason to want to terminate my membership.

I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt a part of the community. All staff, trainers and members have been amazing every time I go. The instructors have been encouraging and supportive throughout my pregnancy journey, keeping a close eye on me and offering modifications as required to keep me safe. The workouts are different every single day, so you never get bored and it never gets easier. Parking is also easy regardless of when you attend class. Highly recommend OTF Westhills for anyone regardless of where they are at in their fitness journey!!

I mentioned that maybe in a year or so I may be moving back so the girl said "rather then canceling, why don't we freeze your account so you can keep your rate in case you come back? And if you decide not to just give me a weeks heads up before the year and we can cancel your membership" So I agreed and continued working out for the 30 days until my membership was frozen. I didn't end up moving back to the area so called to cancel and then got a "sure but we will be charging you for a month!" Ummm what?? Not once was I told that I would have to give ANOTHER 30 days notice and be charged for it!! After going back in forth with the assistant manager several times over email trying to explain to them how it isn't fair that I am being charged an extra $200 after not having stepped foot in that gym in over a year. All I get back is "you either pay or we'll send you to collections!" I was definitely deceived into not canceling my membership that day that I went in with intent too. This gym has the worst customer service and will squeeze every cent out of you that they can. If your thinking of joining this place, think again. They'll find one way or another to rip you off.

Monika, who has been my instructor for at least the past 3 levels, is great. She's practical, provides good feedback and is an intriguing person, which makes me appreciate her as a teacher. I attended the 4th Annual International Pole Camp this year, which is hosted by Pole Junkies. I'm not sure that I would spend the money on it again unless some improvements are made, but there's no doubt that I acquired some good info, met some cool and extremely talented women who traveled long distances and am really happy to have a manual that includes helpful information and reminders addressing safety and injury management. Those who know me are well aware that I've had to deal with injuries numerous times already. Based on what I've heard from students about their experiences with other schools, Pole Junkies stands out from the competitor in terms of progression of skills and ensuring proper body alignment with all techniques. The instructors are motivating, knowledgeable, and create such a positive, energizing atmosphere. Every class feels like a great workout without ever feeling intimidating. What really sets this place apart, though, is the kids club. As a parent, it's such a game changer to know my kids are happy, safe, and well cared for while I take time for myself. It makes working out feel easy and enjoyable instead of stressful. On top of all that, the people are amazing both staff and members. There's such a welcoming, friendly vibe that makes it feel more like a community than just a gym. And the location couldn't be better. HORRIBLE treatment by staff today, NOT luxury service, AVOID…read more I had asked to be connected to the manager of the club during the phone call to Adress the situation privately but Raeann said over the phone he (manager?) was on vacation for a long time and refused. I wanted to address the horrible treatment i received today not only from Raeann, but from the front desk girl as well as the one that called me in to the office upon arrival. I signed up through the mind body app, and scheduled my yoga class through there. I got to the desk 10 mins before the class as that is what the class description said. I was then told to wait and have some other girl frantically tell me shes so rushed now to get me registered, which i thought was done already through the app. This meeting she all but blamed me and made me feel as though i was a burden to her, and that this was not how it was supposed to be. Again, nowhere does this say this when booking through mind body that there needs to be a tour and such prior to me scheduling anything. After class, i left, and checked if i had a phone number for the facility, i only had a text from Raeann, which i have attached here, again, no mention of a 1 hr needed for tour and processing etc. In her text, i will note however, in the berating phone call after, she did lie and say she had called so many times and explained over voicemail, which did not happen. I texted Raeann back as attached below, to which she berated me (in her calm, soft spoken voice as she continued to say, while talking down to me) talk over me, and say she didn't want me in her club when i asked to speak to a manager because her behaviour was an insane way to treat anyone, let alone a new member. She then back peddled and again, blamed me for having a bad day and was taking it out on her (when she called me to seemingly blame a new member with a valid concern that i calmly, privately tried to address ?) She lied saying she called multiple times, when she called once and texted me. She also lied about her manager being on vacation, as when i called the front desk, they said he would be in on Monday. Her attitude over the phone was horrible, her condescending way of speaking was uncalled for and her threats of telling everyone about me, and not letting anyone else speak to me, is absolutely insane. I would like to speak to anyone above her as soon as possible. Thanks. If this is how this place is run, DO NOT GO HERE.

The owner never once reached out to me after this happened, we were never warned of the thefts at other locations and I have been harassed 4 times about payment even though my credit card was stolen. The owner is lucky Ava is such a great employee and even though certain things could have been handled better, she should be the sole manager of this place. The owner does not care about his members, does not update equipment and truly does the most bare minimum. I am giving two stars (not one) because of Ava's support the last few weeks. Owner, don't own a gym if you don't care about the people paying your bills. Big thumbs down.

The kickboxing stand (which is the whole reason i signed up here) actually gets to kick it cause it's old and starting to get lumpy. There isn't much room to work out space wise. Then I continue to pay for it and never go there, and the company that runs there payments is fraud!! They were saying my payments to them were declining for non suffice funds (which isn't true cause I have lots of money in my account) but they had now problem 3 days later and took an extra $20 extra because of their NSF fees. LIKE WHAT THE HELL!!! Don't trust this company with your personal information and don't waste your time with the manager. He doesn't actually care about anyone but his wallet.
