While it's a great school, let's be honest: none of their alumni are truly world-class performers. Not that it would justify their behavior, but I'd be more inclined to put up with their administrative nonsense if their results matched their cockiness -- they don't. I encourage parents to support smaller community schools and independent individual teachers who aren't governed by entitled, shortsighted administration.

I also needed to use the bathroom and her directions weren't very clear, so I had to ask her where to locate it a couple of times. I ended up using the bathroom at a nearby spa which I'm not sure if that's the bathroom she was referring to. There were lots of cubbies to store my stuff before taking the class which was nice. The age demographic of the participants was on the higher side, but everyone seemed so energetic. The instructor was also fun and lively. I liked her hip-hop style choreography which was full of energy and grooves. I was impressed that she was able to dance with so much energy for an hour straight. I overall enjoyed the music selection and choreography of the class. Overall, a decent experience here. Since it was my first time, I was able to get into this class for $15. Otherwise it would be $30 which I think is a bit pricey compared to regular dance classes in LA that go for 1 hour and 30 minutes for around $20. However, I do recognize this could be the standard for these types of classes. I wouldn't go out of my way to do this again, but would be possibly down if someone invited me. They have parking in the back and large parking lot a block away. Dance floor is very clean and in great shape. All instructors are absolutely incredible with knowledge, love and desire to teach and make sure that you understand, accomplish and feel great. Leslie, Kelly, Oscar and Armando are amazing teachers with the unique techniques and specialties. They are able to help you to become an outstanding follower or leader or both.
