What can I say? The glowing reviews (mostly found on Google and not here on Yelp) don't lie. We initially used them after being at our house for 2 years and never cleaned our windows. Opted for the indoor and outdoor cleaning and man oh man did nature looks even more beautiful from the inside. Fast forward to about a year later and we had that crazy storm and blew trampolines around like a flock of doves. Our windows got extremely grimy from the dust and mud. Enter Fish Window Cleaning. I can actually see outside my window without the train of Nebraska dirt. I only wished I would've done the full service this go around because I just got injured and now can't do my inside windows like I intended. Nevertheless, Fish will definitely be getting a call from us when I tire of seeing my kid's fingerprints on every 3 foot window point in my entire house. We have been using Fish Window Cleaning for 10 years. I highly recommend them! We are on a regular schedule and get a reminder call the day before they are coming. I have always been happy, but 2 days ago 2 young guys showed up and went above and beyond my expectations. We have had new windows installed since their last visit, and these guys did a walk around and discovered 3 of our windows now have screens on the outside. They offered to come in and remove the screens, and then after the job was complete knocked on the door to go reinstall the removed screens. They didn't have to do that. And these two were so polite, and very careful to complete the job, and then checked over their work before packing up to leave. We are moving to a home in LaVista, NE that had been neglected for some time, and that also had extremely high windows (impossible for us to do). So I called FISH. No answer so I left a message. My windows have never looked better. I could not be more pleased with FISH Window Washing. I called to get an estimate in a quick time frame (I procrastinated and had family coming into town and needed my windows cleaned quickly). FISH was very accommodating. Their prices were reasonable. The techs who came were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned the glass inside and out as well as my screens. Wonderful company! Have had them come out and clean the Windows twice. Very professional and friendly. They cleaned both inside and outside. Outstanding job. Even after the rain all the windows are still crystal clear! I'm big on keeping my floors clean from dirty shoes and without asking they already had their shoe slip covers on!! Fish Window Cleaning did a fabulous job. They even offered to take one window off the bill (probably the largest one) because it was high up and at an awkward angle and it was cleaned as good as it would get (he cleaned it 3x but it had a few minor streak marks that aren't even visible during the day). We've had window cleaners all our lives in different cities, and selected Fish after doing "due diligence." Their crew came right on time, they wore slippers to protect our floors, they carefully removed all screens, cleaned and polished all windows inside and out, and were polite as they did so. Fabulous job. The guys came out and did the work on a day when the temperature was 15. Somehow they managed to clean all the windows outside and inside in a little over an hour. This company knows customer service. They are punctual and professional when they are on the job site. They clean over 70 windows around the outside of the house and can reach even the 3rd story windows. They are prompt on the quarterly service like I asked and call me 2 days ahead of time as I requested. read more
