They cleaned a window, then vacuumed the sill and then took a cloth and wiped all around the inside frame. No other company has ever done that. after they were done doing all the windows they cleaned the screens before putting them back in. They worked so hard that they were here almost all day. There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees.
