They where very professional. Later it rained on the 8th and it looked like one downspout wasnt running water. Called the next day, the owner himself said he would came out and check. He came out and was very pleasant and professional. He spent a lot of time making sure everything was correct and working. He didn't find anything clogging that but it sure was flowing well. I thanked him for coming out and told him I swear it didn't look like anything was coming that downspout. We had a good laugh about it. I felt bad having him come out when it didn't appear to be a problem, but he it's always best to make sure everything's working properly which I greatly It gave me peace of mind. I'm definitely having them out next fall to clean my gutters as I have a tremendous amount of trees and they always clog up.

Stay away from them. I had the first appointment of the day, and my tech was a half hour late with…read moreno notification. I had to call the office to see where he was. They didn't know that he hadn't arrived. He had to stop and do things like get gas along the way. I told the office worker that this was not the only thing on my schedule today and that I demand an inconvenience discount. She said that she doesn't have authority to do that. I asked her to please connect me with someone who does. She then proceeded to lecture me for several minutes about how she doesn't have the authority to issue discounts. Finally she said she would have the regional manager call me. I won't be paying my bill until I do. Obviously I will be in the market for a new window cleaning company.
