I thanked him for coming out and told him I swear it didn't look like anything was coming that downspout. We had a good laugh about it. I told the office worker that this was not the only thing on my schedule today and that I demand an inconvenience discount. She said that she doesn't have authority to do that. I asked her to please connect me with someone who does. She then proceeded to lecture me for several minutes about how she doesn't have the authority to issue discounts. Finally she said she would have the regional manager call me. I won't be paying my bill until I do. Obviously I will be in the market for a new window cleaning company.
