It was professional and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. We spoke on the phone and I provided him with the number of windows, etc. He emailed me a quote and the breakdown of the cost for each service included. Some of the other quotes were lower but I could tell that I would get what I pay for. Ronnie (or Ronald) cleaned the interior and exterior of my windows and did an impeccable job. He is extremely detailed and took his time to make sure my windows looked perfect. And they did!!! I did not realize the difference it makes when the windows are clean. The difference in the light coming in was amazing. He even told us which window needed new caulking. I cannot say enough about the quality of his work. However, I want to make a statement about what a nice gentleman he is. He is respectful (e.g., he would not wear his shoes in the house) and kind. He was very professional and easy to understand, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained their cleaning process. He also gave me an itemized quote over the phone, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Greg accommodated my schedule and showed up at my house on time with his wife Tamara. They first did a walk through to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and expectations were set. They were friendly and approachable, and I could tell very early on that they are great people. When cleaning, Greg and Tamara didn't cut any corners. To the contrary, they worked super hard and went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. They vacuumed my carpet several times in all different directions to ensure the removal of several years worth of accumulated cat fur.
