Called because of the great reviews.... But will not use them because the lady on the phone wasn't very accommodating and seemed put off when you asked any questions. Its there way or no way it seemed. We bought a house and thought we needed window cleaning so we hired allshine. We weren't in the state yet but we trusted their reputation based on the review. After we got to Texas and saw the windows, windows were still foggy and a lot of them had water marks and other marks on the window. I talked to Rita multiple times regarding this. She informed me that all the windows were broken and that they don't figure out that the windows are broken until they are cleaned and the foggy appearance doesn't go away. I asked her two questions which were: 1. Why didn't you guys just call to inform us that windows were broken and that cleaning won't make foggy windows better after you see that the first window you clean doesn't make the foggy appearance go away? They could have just charged us the service fee after the first window? Why would I pay 600 dollars to clean the windows to be told that I need to replace them? Her answer: well they don't know windows are broken until after the cleaning. Well I think they could have cleaned the first window to know that it's broken and informed us. 2. Why are there watermarks for windows that are not foggy (thus not broken)? She said she'll come out again and clean them again. Well I think it would have been nice if things were done correctly from the beginning. At the end, they charged us 350 instead of 650, which I thought was pretty irresponsible based on the service we received. Anywho, won't be using their services from now on Update: Rita did reach out multiple times to refund the whole amount after my reviews. I thanked her for the effort to correct the wrong and dissatisfaction. She emphasized that having satisfied customers is their goal and if they haven't achieved that, then they failed at their job. Pitiful service. I scheduled this company 2 weeks in advance in anticipation of a small birthday gathering so appointment was time sensitive. I was given no reason to believe I was given a booking dependent on the company getting no other requests for service. My window cleaner moved to Oklahoma, and although he would come in town to do windows, I just felt like that is kind of out of the way so I had to find a new company. I read reviews online and on Yelp and decided to go with Allshine. Everything was booked through Yelp messaging and they have a good reminder system with emails and texts to confirm the appointment and remind. On the day of my first scheduled appointment I received a call to be rescheduled because it was in the 30's to low 40's and it was too cold to have my windows cleaned. I re-booked for the following Sunday from 8:00-10:00. 8:00 turned into 9, 10, 11 and noon with no one at my home and no notification of a change. At 12:05 I received a call from Rita, apologizing for not calling sooner, but the truck had broken down and I had to be rescheduled again. She said she hoped I'd give them another chance, so, being the nice person I am, I agreed and scheduled for the following Wednesday from 8-10. It was around 9 and I was deciding then that if no one shows up I'm going to have to find a new company. Then Ricardo and his crew of one arrived. They walked around outside, came back with a quote that I accepted, and got to work. I did a walk around once the job was nearing the end and found something on one of the windows that was missed, so Ricardo fixed it and that was it. I was satisfied. Some of my windows are old so I'm very realistic about how they won't be able to look brand new. I actually need to replace a few but now that I got them cleaned I need to get some use out of them before replacing. A few hours later I received a call from Rita asking how it went and telling me she would email my receipt to me. I asked if they have a reminder service and she said they do, every 6 months. I feel like windows are one of those things that you can't remember when you got them cleaned, so you just keep going about life until you realize it's been years! read more

In response I have text messages of you being unprofessional, rude and harassing, it felt like a 16 year old girl harassing me with back to back mean text messages. I told you to quite texting me and calling me harassing me which you did not. Then you called me a liar when I said I sent a check, just because mail is slow doesn't make me a liar. I told you to look at the post mark which was exactly the day I said I sent it. The day the guy was here I offered to pay and he said wait until the office called. Then you increased the price from $250 to $259 plus tax. As I explained for you to come out at that time I had other things already scheduled and it kept raining. Then you said you would refund me $50, I received $20 and a Starbucks gift card, I do not even drink coffee. Worse ever!!! I never post reviews but being harassed was just too much. read more

My neighbor had them come out so I scheduled my windows to be cleaned as well. They quoted 12.00 per window inside and out. . We told them we each had 6 windows that were 22 foot up. When the guy arrived at my house he asked for a check and said there was a 150.00 minimum. I don't have checks so he said there was a 4% fee for credit cards. My neighbor was furious when I told her this as they were headed to her house next. The lady told her she would discount us to 125.00 since we were not aware of the minimum. When I got called today she said I had to pay the full price of 150.00 plus tax. Only my neighbor got the discounted rate. When the cleaner left I noticed dirt from the windows all over my white sofa down below as he just brushed it off the sills instead of wiping it up. Also I had to go back and clean the walls where he left dirt smudges. The guy was very nice but the company was not clear on the pricing and the job was messy. I can't recommend this company as I believe they falsely advertised. When I told her this she said .. well he told you the minimum when he arrived. Well he had come all way to my home and I was already missing work so I would have felt bad telling him to just leave. I have more compassion than the company clearly. DiO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Super easy to schedule with helpful text and email reminders. Ricardo and his team did an awesome job clearing several years worth of built up gunk and debris from our gutters including the second story gutters. They cleaned everything up after and we will definitely be calling them back in the future! read more

Yesterday I wrote a negative review detailing that the worker used a blower and left the mess after the job. The company called me the next day, profusely apologized and said the worker was in training and they do not use blowers. They gave me a full refund. I will hire again for more work because I have used them before and they don't typically use blowers they hand scoop. I appreciate they are striving to keep me as a customer! read more

Same day service! We had sap, dirt, and mold covering our hardscape deck. They power washed it and it looks brand new again! My husband and I were stunned as we couldn't make a dent in the discoloration trying to clean it ourselves. It looks incredible! They also cleaned every window in our home very thoroughly! The tech removed all screens, power washed the windows, scrubbed the windows with a large sponge, rinsed them, and squeegeed every one! They look clear and bright again! Very reasonably priced! We will be calling them yearly for cleaning. Highly recommend Allshine!! read more

I had a really bad experience with Allshine Window cleaners today. When I called to make an appointment, I was told it is $10 per window that opens (inside, outside, and window track) and $6 per window that doesn't open (inside & outside). When the crew (three lazy & arrogant guys) arrived, they told me that window tracks are extra fee and counted all my windows as opened ones even though I have several that don't open and don't have tracks to clean. They were "done" in an hour (19 windows!), but when I went to check, I didn't find any window that was cleaned properly. I made it clear that I am not satisfied with their job, and they went on arguing with me trying to convince me they did their best and that my windows were too dirty to begin with. Well, if the windows were clean, I wouldn't need them to come and clean it, right? Each single window was either messed up on inside or outside. And they really ignored the tracks. They told me the track cleaning requires special tools: small vacuum and a tooth brush. If you are professional window cleaners, WHY did you come not equipped? And WHY you charge extra $$ for window tracks if you don't mean to clean them? Their receptionist AKA manager wasn't helpful either. She arrogantly told me I'll be given refund for window tracks and get over it because they guys need to go to the next address. I ended up paying $205 for the windows that don't look any better after the Allshine "cleaning". Such a waste of time and money! read more
