He came on time within a 2-hour window. He verified the dimensions of our bathroom and then laid it out for us in advance, patiently and carefully listening to us and answering. He emphasized safety, informing us of dust from drywall being cut as the old bath got removed and new shower put in place. He carefully closed the door to cut down on cutting noise. Any time we had a question he was bright and cheerful and glad to answer. He worked hard and was determined to finish the job in one day. A couple of issues did come up: he analyzed, checked with the home office, and had a manager come as a second pair of eyes to give his opinion. I love that: it is professional to collaborate, and emphasized they're really doing their best for the customer. Salesman Charles laid everything out, repeated and clarified and answered every question from the customer. He explained that Bath Fitter did their own manufacturing, tailored and cut to the sizes of our particular bathroom. And that Bath Fitter owns its own trucks and has its own truckers drive them. This made me feel more assured, because Bath Fitter owned all parts of the process. Who else does manufacturing of its own bath components as well as delivery and install? I have nothing but good things to say about Bath Fitter. Pricing was reasonable for the quality of manufacturing delivered. Install was professional and friendly and overcame issues on the fly, taking extra time and effort to finish in a day. I respect Levi and his manager immensely. Highly highly recommended!

He was immediately answering our calls/texts & showing up in person to check progress. David even delivered doors, lights & extras. I cannot praise David & the Mighty Dog team enough for the quality & care of the the craftsmanship done on our home. David made sure to take care of every detail I requested down to small details like new house numbers, kick plates & slide locks on new doors. Of course the team handled special requests like tempered glass security storm doors, new entry doors, new handles & locks. Our 38 year old windows were replaced with modern windows. The craftsman did an excellent drywall job preparing for the crew to put up new trim around inside windows. Turned out great. Old water & termite damage was uncovered when removing original wood siding from 1989. The crew repaired, insulated & wrapped my home & hung new siding. All house trim & facia was replaced on porch. Crew removed damaged railings /columns & rebuilt brand new porch railings, columns. The crews were courteous, professional & extremely hardworking. I was very impressed & happy with the skills & level of workmanship of the crews, the lead, the project managers & (especially David, who happens to be everything rolled into one!) David kept this project rolling on track. He is a great human being to work with & a great new friend to have made. I would not trust these people now to do anything to my house. They respond that they were not a day late but they were. They respond that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get an estimate to the client. The representative said by the end of the day or at the latest, first thing in the morning. Its been nearly 72 hours now yet no estimate. If they would have just owned up to mistakes and said they would do better, I would forgive an never write a poor review. Their obstinance tells me they are too arrogant for that. I don't care how cheap the estimates is, I would not trust the work they would do on my house.
