Don't ever come to buy anything. They will sell u the bad sick fish like me. I bought them some fish then bring it home. The fish is sick n die anytime. They lie to me that the fish is healthy n strong. So u will regret if u buy fish there. The old lady she is bad n her son just try to get money from u. The owner is so nice & very informative. I am clueless about fishes or tanks or anything about aquarium, but My 15 years old nephew is obsessed about it but he is on a budget. The owner help him pick out stuffs within his budget & answer all the questions my nephew have. My nephew said they have the best prices compared to Petco or petSmart. WE WERE MISTREATED! THEY ENCOURAGED US TO COME AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP US! WE DROVE NEARLY 4 HOURS IN TRAFFIC TO GET A FISH TANK THEY OFFERS US OVER THE PHONE FOR THEM TO TELL US SOMEONE ELSE PURCHASED IT AND IN KENNYS WORDS "WHELP"! HOW RUDE!! I don't know if it was because of our ethnicity but it definitely felt that way. Our convo, started with Kenny on Facebook and Offerup. Kenny then sent pictures of the fish tanks and we selected the one we wanted which was a 310-gallon tank. We drove a total of 4+ hours in traffic. When we got there, Kenny was in his vehicle and my husband asked him if he was the guy we spoke to online, he rudely said no and walked away. We went into the store and saw the fish tank. Kiem measured our truck (F150) and said it wouldn't fit, however it would so we continued with the transaction. Up to this point, they never mentioned that it was unavailable. When it was time to load it onto our truck, they did not want to load it. The fish tank was $2900.00 and we were more than willing to pay it. My husband should have gotten a discount for the lack of customer service. My husband went to surrounding businesses and offered them $60.00 to load it onto our truck and the business agreed. However, Fish Warehouse still refused to sell it to us. We told them we drove from the high desert, and why would they send us pictures of these particular fish tanks if they would not sell them to us. Kenny's response was "Whelp". The only thing I could imagine is that they saw us and didn't want to help us. I mean, what business randomly turns down $2900.00 after an agreement is made? Lastly, after that ridiculous commute for nothing - they then told us to come back tomorrow... They are rude and lack sympathy for customers driving very far for their products. read more

This place is a little tucked away and it's definitely mom and pop in it's vibe, but I got a fantastic deal on two divided betta tanks (which I have been looking for forever) and then I nearly died when tucked way in the back I found 2 rare alien betta fish which I immediately swiped up for $20 a piece. For reference, I had been considering ordering some from Thailand through a trans shipper for over $100 a fish. The nice older lady who helped me didn't speak any English at all but it also didn't matter at all, we worked it out and I paid using Venmo, and then I left SUPER happy! read more

Kenny is the man! Super nice guy. Prices are very nice. Good variety and he chances are he will order certain fish that you are inquiring if he doesn't have them. Been coming here for years now and I will continue to support Kenny and his sweet mama. Kenny and his mom is helpful. I went there with my bf and he gave us great advice on which tank to get. Got a 10 gallons tank with filter for $25. Lots of fishes to look at and he really cares for them. The fishes look healthy and treated better than some places. Came a 2nd time to get female Betta fishs and I asked for a discount. Gave me a price of $2.50 each. Got 6 of them. He took great care in getting them out and choose good ones for me. Got them out one by one. Paid cash and no tax. He knows his fishes and would not scam you. I have happy fishes! Kenny was right that you don't put male and female fish together. The female fight here and there, but Kenny said it's no biggy. read more

This store is the best providing exceptional and HONEST in customer service throughout 10 fish stores I have been in orange county area. Price is very affordable. Kiem knows how to take care of fish and knows what solution is needed. All of his fish are well fed and healthy. I have not seen one single dead fish floating in his tanks. I would def come back to get more fish and tools here. read more

Stay away, cheap price equals dead fishes within a few day of purchase. Owner does not care about the health or well being of these poor pets. Someone should look into this place as some kind of health code violations. read more

So after hearing from other forums mentioned this place have nice dumbo ear guppies, I decided to stop by and check it out. 1st off, dont bother. They have such a small section of fish. The place is dirty and stink. Some tanks have dead fish inside. Here is the kicker. I heard Kevin and his mom are nice people. When I walked out empty handed, the old lady ask why am I being so difficult? Then processed to comment "must be hard to find a wife" Hahaha I just rolled my eyes and walked. Never again. Bad fish, dirty store, and horrible customer service. read more

Love this place..... it's kinda hard to maneuver through the place, but the customer service totally makes up for it! I have a full tank of beautiful guppies and even have new fry!!! The advise they gave was on point and my tanks has been flourishing and very entertaining ever since. Even signed up to get a turtle (still waiting for the call) when the little guy comes in! read more

They have nice fish collections and also cheap. I bought one of the flower horn here and I was able to get it with the cheapest price in a possible way. The old lady is very friendly and so is her son. Im planning to come back here to buy a bigger tank for my fish. read more

Prices here are great. Neon Tetras for $1! It's really a warehouse, nothing fancy here. They have a few selection of the common freshwater fishys and kois. Couple tanks, off brand aquarium lights, fish food, and substrate. Wack substrate though, who uses neon green gravel. Homie, I need that sand.... (which btw I still can't find a store that carries the color I want). Cute little old lady working up front. You wouldn't expect her to be bout that aquatic life. I'm still a little iffy on her recommendations. I should learn to stop making quick judgements. BTW, I think she has a thick northern accent... so the whole time I was like, "ya, ya, oh? okay, ya, ca mong". Some people hate the ghetto fish stores like this and Big Save, but I love it. I feel like I'm buying fish in the back alley of Vietnam and not in a bad way. So def check it out when ya get the chance. Smell you later. read more

It's a decent store when you walk in. However when you start looking for the fish is incredibly messy. It's a maze to look for anything. They have a nice selection of Koi fish. The community fish/plant tank was full of fish with ich. If you don't know what ich is it's bacteria that kills fish and spreads like wildfire. Many fish look like they aren't taken care of. From all my experiences the owners don't seem to care about you when you walk in. read more

I visited this store yesterday on my search for a Red Cap Oranda and just to check it out in general. Even though they didnt have what I came for and otherwise didn't buy anything, I will definitely come back sometime. Their prices on fish and food are good. I didnt check the prices on other stuff, but I imagine those must also be good. The senior lady who tended to me did not speak a word of English, but she was attentive and I got a very friendly and likable vibe from her. They don't seem to have as big an inventory of fish worthy of a name like "fish warehouse," but maybe that's because it's Winter and suppliers arent shipping that many fancy goldfish this time of year. Even though they are a bit out of my way, I will come back in a couple of months to see what their selection is like mainly because of their reasonable prices and friendly customer service. I will also come back next time I am looking for something specific. read more
