Lili helped me find the style I needed to replace the pants and also did the best she could to try and repair the damage for me. Above and beyond. I have purchased a bathing suit there every summer for the past five years. The suits were expensive, but I thought they were quality and was willing to pay their high prices. However, a recent experience at the Bethany store has changed my mind completely. I purchased a bathing suit for $150 that was apparently poorly designed. The under-wire popped out of the side after only being worn four times. When I tried to return it to the store, they told me it wasn't defective and that it was removable. If it was supposed to be removable, it would have been designed differently. The product was poorly manufactured and was falling apart. After selling me a very expensive defective product, they refused to take responsibility for it and provide an exchange or refund. I will never shop at the Rose Garden again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I settled on a pair of Brooks that sold for $149 but felt they were a tad too small. I told the salesman about the discomfort and asked if I should go a size up. He felt around on my toes and said "No there's plenty of room here". Unfortunately I now have two very bruised big toes that say otherwise.
