Responded in 24 hrs. Talked with me about my design and believed they could help me but we both agreed we should meet in person. They were gonna be at a vendor fair the next week. We met, and what a beautiful family. Even with my odd description of measurements. They got it. The price was beyond reasonable. I put in a second order, for another large sign, and now we are designing and large 3rd sign.And these are not little signs. They run 5-8 ft. They are so sturdy and so we'll crafted. The installer stayed" Yvette these signs are so heavy and good quality they're going to last longer than the building".

What most impressed me, however, was it's representative, Todd Kehley, who leads the Specification & Design team for the Western Region. I can easily say that Todd was the most diligent, responsive and professional rep I have ever dealt with. Although I was not able to utilize any of Tymetal's products for various (unrelated) reasons, I would recommend Tymetal to anyone searching for truly professional, cost-effective perimeter security solutions - and I would ask for Todd Kehley if you are lucky enough to be in their Western service region!
