The views and ambiance were top notch. The service was great as well. Our party of 4 enjoyed the food all around. Highly recommend for a nice meal out if you like seafood. Items ordered included raw oysters (Prince Edward) served with 3 sauces. Salmon crudo Peruvian style, wahoo & tuna poke bowls and Caribbean fish plate.

Great drinks, fresh food and great views in a beautiful enclosed patio overlooking the turquois blue water - what more can you ask for on vacation?!? We went here our first night and it was honestly hard to beat the rest of our 8 days in the Virgin Islands. A lot of places are "pubb-esque" (probably not a word...) but feature a lot of fried options - this place was the opposite. I mean, the platter for the fish dip was packed with fresh vegetables and this really warm, crispy, fluffy focaccia that was hard to beat. I took a photo but my phone camera was blurry from the humidity - but suffice it to say, that I wouldn't pass on that dish... EVER! :) The tuna slider was a delicious bite and my husband had the ceviche, which was both unique and flavorful - they added some sort of cream sauce to it! I think we drank our way through their cocktail menu (mainly because it was happy hour and they were only $10, but the 'ritas were excellent and I think we all agreed that the Soulshine and the Sea Smoke were our favorites, wonderfully complex, yet balanced. The only complaint I have... Get there when they open so you can get the happy hour deals AND a parking space in their super tiny lot (also don't pull too far forward into the brush - there are rocks - we saw a girl smash in her front end). We ended up not going back because I was too terrified of parking on that insane hill in the evening!!!

A lot of research led me to Fish Bar for one of our dinners out during vacation to St Thomas. Let me tell you, this is the best food we've eaten on the island by far. We started with the chef's daily dressed oyster. This might have been one of the singular best bites of food I've ever had. My fiancé tells me I'm now spoiled and may never have a dressed oyster this good again. Cocktails were great, especially the passion fruit margarita! Meals were the pasta special with shrimp and mussels, and a Crudo done Aguachile style with fresh yellowfin tuna that had come in that morning. The tuna was amazingly tender and the aguachile preparation was out of this world. I ordered a side of rice but honestly it wasn't needed. As someone who rarely eats raw fish, I liked this more than I thought I could. We finished with carrot cake and key lime tarte. While both were good, the key lime tart was outstanding. The merengue was charred and perfect, and the accompanying fruits made the dish. I know I am gushing, but it's because this is some of the best food I've ever had.

This was hands down our favorite meal while visiting St. Thomas! The service was great and the ambiance was lively. We started with the fish dip which we all enjoyed. Everyone loved their main dish but I am still thinking about my swordfish Caribbean fish plate. The fish was so fresh and flavorful it felt like it melted in my mouth. We ordered 2 desserts which was a perfect way to end the meal. I need to come back again next time I'm on the island! Be prepared to find parking on the street.

This was my last meal in St. Thomas and by far one of the best. The price is absolutely worth it, and I haven't had anything as fresh as this on the island. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and faces the north west side of the island, making ideal to watch the sunset. The back patio is completely fenced in so you are able to fully enjoy your meal. The staff here is attentive and accommodating. I ordered the duck confit as an appetizer, but it didn't last long enough for me to take a photo, it was devoured in minutes. Delicious. The oysters are pretty good here, and they have a decent variety from around the country. I ordered one of the Crudos as my main meal, with the fresh catch of the day, red snapper. If you have a big appetite like me, I recommend ordering the side of sushi rice and nori to help fill you up. I ordered the key lime pie for dessert, but it was more like a lemon pie, lacking the tartness that you'd typically get. Despite that, it was still delicious. If I had to pick a favorite dessert though I'd recommend the Crème Brûlée.

Most of Food is as locally sourced as it gets. Local catch of the day and greens. Fun local veggies. Crudo was great we had the red snapper, fresh catch. Parking is a nightmare. Park on the road or in their tiny lot but be careful. Servers were on point. Always checked in and were friendly. Great views, no sunsets sadly and the screen isn't my favorite but inside is fun and lively. Don't be scared of the brown outs when it's windy. Great local food. Not to be missed

Went to Fish Bar on vacation and it was SO good. The ambience is great- we sat on their enclosed porch and the whole restaurant is very clean and bright. We ordered a drinks and I got the cucumber margarita and it was very delicious and refreshing. Then, for starters we ordered the ceviche and the smoked fish dip- both incredible. I have never had smoked fish dip and it was really good and the focaccia that came with it was so good. We got a couple crudos- Peruvian, Japanese and Horseradish style. The Peruvian one was my favorite but all three were flavorful and well balanced. Ended the meal with Tres Leches cake and it might have been the best I have ever had. Highly recommend!

Best meal I've had on island. The decor and ambiance was very chic. Loved that the outdoor seating area had screens to protect you from the bugs. We ordered the ay papi and green flash for drinks - both delicious. For food we started with baked oysters, ceviche, and lobster bisque. Then we got Aguachile Crudo, lobster Mac, and the Crudo special for the night. Fish was super fresh and all the tastes came together beautifully. We ended with the chocolate tarte, and earl grey crème brûlée. For the quality, the price of the dinner was not bad at all. Our server Angelina was very sweet.

We came here for dinner with a reservation on a Saturday night. On guard at first because when we showed up the place was mostly empty except for the porch area and a few people at the bar, but I'm glad we went because the food here is phenomenal-- and just as important-- the servings are not itty bitty. We had the tuna poke bowl, a cup of lobster bisque, lobster truffle Mac and cheese, and the tuna crudo with passionfruit ( you get to choose your dressing for the crudos). For drinks we had the Ay Papi ( next time I order it I'll have to order it in a higher pitch, sing-song voice!) and a passionfruit margarita -- both were very good, the Ay Papi had a bit of heat from the red pepper but not once did I feel like I had to swig some water LOL! The passionfruit was there, a bit tart and is tequila based. The passionfruit margarita was amazing. The passionfruit tuna crudo was enough for me to have as a meal! It was pretty dish but also a great plate with a lot of flavors that compliment each other- the passionfruit was not overpowering at all, which is what I was worried about. It was a carnival in my mouth. Truffle lobster Mac and cheese was so filling and more importantly, a lot of lobster, cheese and truffle LOL! Well seasoned and topped off with toasted breadcrumbs for texture. The tuna poke bowl was also seasoned well and the portions were not lacking. My teens were stuffed! The lobster bisque was good, a different take on what I know of from Maine. It came with warm bread topped with cheese. We also requested a plate of plain pasta with butter that wasn't on the menu for my little kid and our server was on it! Private lot and street parking, bar area is pretty, ambience is fun and casual yet chic, interior is fresh and beautiful.

Everything we had was very good and very fresh. We have been here for days and hadn't had an actual really good meal until tonight. Well worth the drive. The staff is friendly and fast, also something unusual here in ST. Would definitely come back. Very good.

Both the meal and appetizers were delicious! I was really surprised how flavorful the meals were. We were a little hesitant at first because we wanted some local food and the place looked touristy. But once we tried the food we were extremely happy with the flavors and knowing it was local fish.

Pork Belly. Went off script as I usually get the Tuna Aquachile. Not disappointed at all!!

Friday night dinner and drinks at my favorite place on STT (maybe anywhere lol). Such a great vibe created by Tyler and Angelina! It's a must stop on any trip to STT. Non negotiable. Drinks are top notch; food is .
