The pizza chef is on display, just as proof. It is truly Leichhardt's--if not the entire Inner West's--best pizzeria. Now to the pasta. Castel Mola's pasta is of the same caliber as its pizza. Whenever I go now, I always struggle to choose weather to have the pizza or pasta--they're that good. My favourite thing about Castel Mola, however, is the fact that they do home delivery. Living in Leichhardt, there is no shortage of pizzerias to order home delivery from but this trumps them all. All in all, Castel Mola is the best pizzeria, to my knowledge, in Sydney.

Which means if you want a dozen as an entree it blows the price out quite a bit, but, minimum to order is 4 so you can keep the price down by ordering less.
