I recently hosted an Elder fraud event for the residents in my community of Boynton Leisureville. Michael and his staff of Danny and Charlie went beyond to make the day go so smoothly for myself, my volunteers and Boynton Beach Deputy Chief, Assistant Chief and their officers. The room was set up taking into account some of our less mobile residents. Easy in and easy out with room for walkers. Because of them, I could focus my attention on the event itself. Afterwards, Charlie took it upon himself to start washing the utensils and trays. Michael and Danny helped get the community auditorium back into shape. It could not have gone better and that is a true reflection of the care and dedication of these men. I sit on many committees and am the Captain of our Citizen Observer team. We work closely with the police. Our parking signs for our patrol car were old and faded. Michael got us new shiny ones and installed them. When the lockbox where we keep the patrol car key started to fail, not only did Michael get and install a new one, but he took into account the struggle we had with the old one, wrestling to get the key fob in and close it. We now have one that is easy to open and the key fits in with room to spare. These fine men are shining examples of the level of excellence that your company provides. This management company runs Rainberry bay and is the worlds worst. We had a water spout cause damage to our villa on 8/9/23 and they won't do anything about it. They told my mother who is suffering from several Medical conditions like copd and cancer that it is her responsibility to fix it and because she was afraid her rates would go up she didn't file. In reality it's the HOA's fault and we should submit against thier insurance. They will not give us the insurance information now so that we can file the claim to get the mold and black mold removed from our residence. We have been in contact with them for months and they are a nightmare to deal with. Avoid this company like it's the plague. We are now looking at lawyers to sue them and Rainberry bay hoa. The community that I own a condo in is Sabal Pine South which is managed by First Service Residential. Property manager Alan refuses to take responsibility for the exterior of the building's maintenance. It is a clear violation of the association not to maintain the exterior of the building per the community bylaws. Alan told me that I am the only one that complained about the black stain that is on all of the condo buildings and that it's not high priority to maintain the exterior of the building. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a property management company! First Service Residential needs to investigate into the neglect that Alan has shown toward my requests & take action. read more

Although the unit across the hall had a bursting pipe and the water wasn't turned off for an hour+, FirstService is currently lying about the timing. They claim they shut off the water in minutes and are attempting to gas light the homeowners who actually experienced and witnessed otherwise. 0/10 would recommend. read more

He clarified the electronic voting procedure for me so I was able to vote for the condo board. He sends out emails, with pictures no less, on any work that has been done along with any pertinent news regarding the community.
