I first found Dr. Arra's office when looking for a chiropractor in the Boynton area years ago. I…read morewas having some aches and pains due to a new office chair and wanted to get in for an adjustment. I called their office and they had me come in that week. After our initial consultation and treatment, I felt great. A few months after I found his office on my own, I ended up in a car accident and I was happy to have a chiropractor I already trusted to help me get back to 100% after the accident. Dr. Arra is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor and his staff is equally as great. I'm always greeted with a smile and I feel like the staff genuinely cares to know how I'm feeling. I've been a patient of Dr. Arra's for over two years now and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a chiropractor in the Boynton area.

I just searched Yelp to find some ways for help and made many calls. Then I tried Responsive Home Care. Genevieve called me back and explained that they provide in home care but do not provide nursing care and she gave me the cell phone numbers of direct contacts who could help with the nursing, including Complete Home Care who came thru big time and then divided in home nursing starting the next day. If it weren't for Genevieve's help I would never have gotten that nursing visits that quickly before the weekend. Now, I knew I also needed in home care to start as well. And working with Genevieve we started with 5-day service the following week. My mom was recovering from a severe infection and my dad has issues with eyesight and needed help w taking care of her, keeping house fit, light food prep, and driving to doctors appointments. Valdine was their in-home care provider and did a great job in helping my mom to get back on her feet and my dad to feel things were all good. I can't thank Responsive Home Care and Genevieve in particular for helping me in this tough situation when I was stuck on the other side of the. country. I recommend them highly.

Frustrated with the on-line procedure and failing again and again, I went to the store, reported my dilemma, but was told everything must be done on line as they were not set up to make in-store appointments. Thankfully and fortunately, I came across Quality Health Care - So. Florida Covid Testing in Boca. I called the location and rather easily scheduled a date and time for a test with a proficient staffer. When I arrived at the rear of the site, as explained in the directions given along with necessary documents needed, I was promptly and professionally greeted. My docs were reviewed and electronically recorded into the system by the on-site staffer. Everything was handled there and then and in a matter of minutes I was quickly tested and told my test results would be on line by midnight. I logged into the system at 5AM the following morning but there was a glitch in my data entry. I immediately called the office, as I was told to do if a problem arose, and left a message. Later, the staffer who made my original appointment called me back, indicated what had happened on my end, said the problem was cured, and my report should be in my e-mail box. It was exactly as promised! I can't say enough about the timely service, not only how patiently and thoroughly we were treated and prepped for the test, but how smoothly everything ran. Am I please with how everything turned out? You bet I am and I'm giving them and their staffers my gratifying stamp approval and offering my opinion of customer satisfaction...

I first came into contact with Dr Billinghurst when I had a bad back issue and he did the surgery in effect allowing me to live in a manner I was accustomed to. Able to do the things I was doing before my back issue. That review was given under Jason Billinghurst MD 4 years ago. If you have back issues, Dr Billinghurst should be your go-to doctor to address it. I saw him about an existing bursitis issue in my hip area that he gave me an injection for. I also saw him to get an injection so that any chance of an issue with my back flaring up while away is minimized. His office staff is professional and caring. They ask the questions that need to be asked and take meticulous notes. Dr Billinghurst himself has a good bedside manner. He is calm and caring. Again, I highly recommend him if you are having back issues.
