Doctor came through about 2/3rds of the way, did a check of the eye photos and looked into the eyes, checked a few other items and laid out some straightforward vision items. Front desk deals with the billing, charges (copays) and collects upfront. While I prefer getting a receipt right away, they told me they'd email me instead, which took a bit of work - I had to actually go back and get it in-person the next time we visited since a promised email version never was sent to me - a blemish in an otherwise good experience.
