This morning, Drew from Honest and Fair Appliance arrived, as scheduled, and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. There was no drama or attempts to upsell for more services. Additional note for anyone who may need appliances. Bargain Supply has been our "go-to" place for appliances for many years. Since I was concerned the dryer mentioned above might not be repairable, I visited Bargain Supply on Saturday to look for a replacement. They pulled up my previous purchases and then helped me select a dryer they had in stock, should I have needed a new one immediately, knowing I was "just in case shopping". That's service!

We walked back through aisles and aisles of hardware goods. This part of the store reminded me of Harbor Freight. The back part of the store is dedicated to appliances with many to choose from. The prices seemed more than reasonable. Along with brand-new models, they have floor models and some scratch and dent options as well. Our salesperson was helpful when picking out what to get. He made some good recommendations based on these appliances going into rentals. Bargain Supply also delivers and can take away your old units. Our appliances are set to be delivered next week. It has been working, but the control knob is a bit wobbly and seems to be poorly engineered. The main complaint I have about it is the loud timer noise at the end of the cycle. It would wake the dead! Also was led to believe that it was made here at Appliance Park in my home town of Louisville Kentucky, but after I got it upon further inbestigation found out that it was built at Appliance Park in Mexico!
