It's easy to contact them when you need something, things get resolved immediately, and they truly care about you. Their products and services are fantastic as well! And was thinking he would he facilitate connecting with them ...instead he kept asking me personal questions about my business and the amount I wanted to barrow without any privacy or rapport building. I let him know I'd be happy to share those details with the person who could help me but he ignored my expressed boundary and kept asking... no eye contact, no acknowledgment of the boundary I had just communicated, no actual professional understanding of business. After four " tech support" conversations and 90 minutes of conversation and long periods of being on hold I telephoned Zelle customer support. The agent from Zelle then telephoned First Interstate as a third party. The bank agent finally said "did anyone here tell you that Zelle service won't work with your business account, only personal checking?" I was passed from agent to agent, each asking needless and in one case invasive questions only to find out that each agent lacked the most basic understanding of this bank function. Customer service, or " tech support" was a waste of my time.

On a long shot I tried Chase, knowing I did not have enough money in my bank account to cover the check. Rachel went above and beyond, checking with her supervisor if it would be okay to honor the check. She was kind and courteous of the situation. I had previously considered closing down my Chase account to open up an account with a credit union, but finding out that I had such an awesome team of tellers near my house has completely changed my mind.
