I visited this branch to help my son set up a new checking account. Before arriving, I was assured an appointment wasn't necessary. However, when we got there, we were told the best option was to sit in the lobby and open the account online. We tried, but the online application kept producing errors and wouldn't allow us to complete the setup. We waited patiently and asked for help, but after 20 minutes of being passed over, we were simply told we'd need to make an appointment and come back. I felt completely dismissed. As a longtime customer, I expected more consideration and basic customer service--especially as a Premier client. Fortunately, there are many other banking options available, and I'll be exploring them as I move my money away from Wells Fargo. This review reflects my experience specifically at the Broomfield, CO location.

I started to think I was overthinking it, so eventually I left with what they gave me. Got to my destination and they wouldn't take any of my bills because they said they were in poor condition. I've made this same request several times at my usual Chase branch and have never had an issue. Maybe this branch didn't have the newer quality bills to fulfill my request, but they could have said that upfront. Definitely a bummer and complicated my trip.

I signed the check and sent the needed document to get the check cashed. I stopped and counted before I pulled out of the drive-through. GLAD THAT I DID. The teller had sent 40.00 back to me in an envelope. There was one twenty and two ten dollar bills. I rang the teller back and told them that they had shorted me 10.00. They said, "Oh, sorry, I just noticed that." SURE you did. You noticed it because I found you out!! She then sent over a ten-dollar bill and I drove away. You will pay around $25 bucks for a book of checks. Opt for just getting a debit card. Also, don't use the "debit" feature when paying at establishments, because you get charged for that. Always select credit. Once you get around that their great. Lastly, because I opened the account I get to cash all my change in free with the machine in the lobby.
