I visited this branch to help my son set up a new checking account. Before arriving, I was assured an appointment wasn't necessary. However, when we got there, we were told the best option was to sit in the lobby and open the account online. We tried, but the online application kept producing errors and wouldn't allow us to complete the setup. We waited patiently and asked for help, but after 20 minutes of being passed over, we were simply told we'd need to make an appointment and come back. I felt completely dismissed. As a longtime customer, I expected more consideration and basic customer service--especially as a Premier client. Fortunately, there are many other banking options available, and I'll be exploring them as I move my money away from Wells Fargo. This review reflects my experience specifically at the Broomfield, CO location.

I started to think I was overthinking it, so eventually I left with what they gave me. Got to my destination and they wouldn't take any of my bills because they said they were in poor condition. I've made this same request several times at my usual Chase branch and have never had an issue. Maybe this branch didn't have the newer quality bills to fulfill my request, but they could have said that upfront. Definitely a bummer and complicated my trip.

The dealership doesn't make buying a car without getting you the loan for you easy, but going into a dealership needing nothing more than an actual purchase offer for the vehicle does seem to provide a little leverage. Sadly they will still lie, lie and lie some more to try to get you to sign documents which will take the sale from your credit union while still obligating you to carry through with the purchase. But if you have 5 or 6 hours to waste while they try to bullshit you it is totally worth the 'show' in the end.

They said, "Oh, sorry, I just noticed that." SURE you did. You noticed it because I found you out!! She then sent over a ten-dollar bill and I drove away.
