I've been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years and am currently a Premier customer, but…read moremy recent experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I visited this branch to help my son set up a new checking account. Before arriving, I was assured an appointment wasn't necessary. However, when we got there, we were told the best option was to sit in the lobby and open the account online. We tried, but the online application kept producing errors and wouldn't allow us to complete the setup. We waited patiently and asked for help, but after 20 minutes of being passed over, we were simply told we'd need to make an appointment and come back. I felt completely dismissed. As a longtime customer, I expected more consideration and basic customer service--especially as a Premier client. Fortunately, there are many other banking options available, and I'll be exploring them as I move my money away from Wells Fargo. This review reflects my experience specifically at the Broomfield, CO location.

This is not my usual Chase branch, but I swung in when I was in the area…read more I mentioned I was traveling internationally and needed some relatively new bills for my destination -- no tears, markings, etc. The people helping me kept handing me bills that were torn, had clear Sharpie markings on them, etc. I kept asking them to swap those ones out. I started to think I was overthinking it, so eventually I left with what they gave me. Got to my destination and they wouldn't take any of my bills because they said they were in poor condition. I've made this same request several times at my usual Chase branch and have never had an issue. Maybe this branch didn't have the newer quality bills to fulfill my request, but they could have said that upfront. Definitely a bummer and complicated my trip.
