I went to First Watch and had breakfast the other day. It was a busy day and I had to wait for a table. At first the host asked me how many and I often dine alone. The next customer came up behind me and said they had two. The host grabbed silver ware for two and I asked him hey are you really going to seat them first because I'm alone. He stopped and then just kept saying they were clearing tables. I finally got my seat and ordered my food right away the server didn't come back for awhile but eventually another person brought me my food. I asked my server for water which she forgot but then when she came by I asked her for it again. So when I checked the inside of the sandwich it reads on the menu as runny. It was cooked as solid as can be. But since no one was checking on me I decided to just eat it and make the best of it. When she came by later she asked it every thing was ok. I told her no because I was hungry and didn't want to wait. Also I know next time to request that they follow the menu and make it runny. This was not the meal I expected and I know First Watch can do better. Maybe next time. I might need to go to another location. read more

After an array of disappointing failed attempts at a brunch out, I came to first watch and was so pleased that I was attended to and seated immediately. I had come from another restaurant after waiting for some time without being assisted, and was fearing being in the same situation but thankfully I was wrong! The hostess greeted me as soon as I was at the door, promptly sat me at my table and even though the restaurant was almost full, a waiter came to take my order within 5 minutes of sitting. I ordered The Works omelette with a biscuit instead of the toast and the Pineapple Express drink I had ordered previously. Everything came out fresh and delicious and I finished my entire plate. The portions of ham and sausage as well as the mushrooms in they omelette were generous, and the drink was refreshing and not too sweet. The location was full but lively, clean, and service was thankfully very quick! read more

First Watch was our choice for a Saturday breakfast on Valentine's Day . We picked this spot because it was close to the area we were in. Even though it was pretty packed, the wait wasn't too bad about 20 minutes and the staff kept things moving at a good pace. I ordered the Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast with over-medium eggs and chicken sausage. Honestly, the French toast didn't really taste like tres leches. It tasted more like regular French toast with strawberries on top. However, the chicken sausage was really good and a nice alternative to the Million Dollar Bacon. Overall, it was a good breakfast experience. If you're looking for solid food and a nice atmosphere, it's definitely a place worth checking out. read more

First- customer service isn't there. There was no apologies for not one but two of the orders being wrong. Asking for a remake seemed like it was an annoyance. The food didn't turn out to be very good because of all this. Those two things give me a not recommend to come back again vibe unless they improve or want to give credit for the error for me to try them again. read more

Usually I love First Watch, and I finally convinced my husband to try this location, but we were disappointed. After our food arrived, our server checked on us only once. It was impossible to get her attention, she spent most of the time in the back talking and doing other things, and I tried waving several times. When we finally got someone's attention, a different server brought the check, and it took another 20 minutes to get a to-go container. We ended up paying and leaving. What normally takes under 45 minutes for breakfast took over two hours even though it wasn't busy. I'll stick to my regular First Watch locations, my husband on the other hand says he won't be returning after this experience. read more

I had a really great experience here! I was on a business trip to Orlando and came here on what turned out to be a great recommendation! The place is super cute inside! My server Kevin was genuinely kind and attentive. He knew the whole menu and gave me the insight I needed to make some informed breakfast selections. I ordered the Pineapple Express with an Earl Gray tea service and the chimichurri steak and egg hash. Everything was delicious! My only complaint was the cooking of the steak, I prefer medium and it came out well done. Besides this I was thrilled. Everything was really fresh and tasty! I would definitely go back again to try more of the menu! read more

Stopped here after picking my sister up from the airport. This is conveniently close by and luckily, it wasn't too busy at all. I normally go to any First Watch for breakfast but since it was later, I opted for lunch...and million dollar bacon always! This location is in a little side plaza and there is a parking lot available which is great. The service was quick and efficient. The salad I ordered was filling, fresh and delicious. I got the watermelon wake up as a juice and it is so refreshing, especially with how hot it was that day. I'm not normally on this side of town but do enjoy that for the most part, all First Watch locations are consistent in quality and service. Also, the million dollar bacon is amazing - do yourself a favor and try it at least once! read more

Britney was very sweet. We got seated right away. We really like coming here for the seasonal menu items and the service. The food was great. Came for a visit last weekend. First Watch is a good breakfast spot on the weekend because you can join the waitlist while you drive over. We did that on our visit and were seated shortly after arriving. I tried the seasonal cold brew, I believe it was honey and caramel cold brew with cold foam and that was the sweetest morning coffee I've had in a long time. Personally would not recommend that one. The biscuits and gravy however hit the spot and they have a few other favorites that won't let you down. Our server was friendly and I appreciate the ability to pay on your phone so that speeds up that process some. read more

I wish I could maybe 3.5 this visit...look this is the closest breakfast spot to my house. We will go back. It's nice because they have decent healthy options and it's always quick if you get there before the 10:30am rush. I do love their juices and normally I like their coffee. It's just simple breakfast spot vibes but this time something was off. It was almost like the coffee was flavored. I own that I didn't ask but I prefer unflavored coffee, if I want flavor I'll add that, and I don't think I have ever had that concern here so it was a bit off putting. I could have returned it but I didn't. read more

Perfect brunch spot for a long-overdue catch-up with friends. The Belgian waffles are next level crispy, fluffy, everything you want; and the thick-cut bacon was cooked to absolute perfection. Their warm syrup is just the cherry on top. Service really sealed the deal though. Huge shout-out to Michael, our server, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table was taken care of the entire time. Great food, great vibes, and even better service. read more

I came to First Watch on a Sunday and it was quite noisy and busy when first entering, but we were seated immediately. Our server was really nice and took our drink orders immediately. I ordered a Pomegranate Sunrise and my husband ordered the Cinnamon Toast cereal Milk. My sunrise was the perfect mix of juice with tequila and tasted perfect. My husband's cereal milk was good but tasted more like sweet coffee, barely any booze in it. For entrees we ordered the Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich and the Honey Bacon Brussels Hash. Both dishes looked better than what they tasted. It was an ok meal, but both dishes lacked flavor. Was it the worst brunch meal..... no but it wasn't the best either it was just ok. The service and the pomegranate sunrise were the highlights of the meal, next visit I'm just going to stick to the regular food items instead of the seasonal. I've found that when I order the everyday items they always taste better than the seasonal ones. read more

I'm so torn on this review because I had the worst experience with my food, but the absolute best experience with the service. I arrived during an extremely busy Saturday morning on a holiday weekend, so I'm hoping they were so rushed that my table's food was an unfortunate rare mishap. I ordered the tri-athlete which sounds so good, but it was so runny. Not the egg running I don't think, but my dish was swimming in fluids that it was hard to tell what was running. The dish is supposed to have mushrooms in it and I found one tiny little uncooked mushroom. There were some slightly cooked onions and some other stuff that was cut up a bunch and dripping wet. The egg was just placed on top of the wet veggies, so not an omelette as described. There was no cheese, and I believe it came with mozzarella. The worst was that there were pieces of egg shell on my egg. It made me nauseous. My husband got the quinoa bowl and is was watery and also overcooked. No flavor. Both our dishes were around $15 each! For 3 edible bites if that. My daughter got the yogurt bowl which was very good. It was yogurt with fruit pieces on it, and handmade granola. The drinks they make in house are also tasty. Those 2 things are tough to mess up. Our waiter was nice, but very busy and rushing. The other people we interacted with were beyond awesome. Someone stopped to compliment my husband's anime hat and took time to chat with us. The front desk asked us how our meal was and we must have shown our disappointment because they pushed for feedback. We weren't planning on saying anything about the dishes, but when we did, they went above and beyond to compensate for us and make it right. I will definitely go back because of the service and the idea of everything being hand made. Next time it will be during a less busy time, and hopefully I can change my star rating! read more

Stopped in at my daughter-in-law's request for breakfast after picking her up at OIA from an early morning flight. It was a Friday morning and it was strange to drop in at a First Watch where I didn't have to wait for a table to open, but more strange was the wait time for someone to acknowledge us there. Nonetheless, they finally did and we were warmly greeted and then promptly seated. The service was good, the food was what you come to expect from a First Watch. I had their Tri-Athlete breakfast while my DiL had the gruyere cheese sandwich (with other fixings I can't recall.) It all came out fast, hot, and delicious. Much like getting in, we had a wait to pay trying to leave. I get the feeling they might have been short-staffed on this Friday, but frankly, the place really wasn't busy from First Watch standards. (Maybe there were missing a host or hostess?) In any event, the guy that took care of us was apologetic and super friendly - truly no issues. Now that I know this is an option on future trips in and out of OIA, I will definitely be back... read more

If I could come here everyday for brunch I would. Upon entering the restaurant is themed with a barnyard style environment. Usually there is a wait to be seated but I have never exceeded more than 15 minutes of waiting They offer a variety of breakfast and lunch options. They also have specialty beverages and new items on the menu almost every month. I always get the same order and add avocado spread to make my own avocado toast. Very delicious! read more

Cute brunch spot with lots of food options. Wouldve appreciated more vegetarian protein options. Appreciated the gluten free bread since a diner in our party had gluten allergy. Could do better on portions, The turkey sausage and biscuit gravy was yummy but there was no actual turkey sausage in the biscuit, was disappointed about that. The fritata rustica was delicious. The food is a consistent win for me. This is my favorite dish. I struggle to stray away and try something new. The service is consistently good. My coffee cup never ends up empty. Came here for breakfast with my wife and would only come back for the food. The food was very fresh and tasty. Also the fresh juice was on point! Now the service on the other hand wasn't that good. Our waitress greeted us with only saying "coffee." When I said no thank you she left without time for me to request the drink of desire. Came back and said "know what you want to eat? " We asked for drinks and she said "oh". We got our drinks and placed food order. Our food came very fast though service was dry. 3 things I didn't like about the service. 1. Never got servers name 2. Never asked us what we wanted to drink 3. Never removed my dirty plate from in front of me to the side. They were stacked with napkins and pushed to the side and 3 different employees when passing us turned their head and looked directly at it then continued walking. 3 stars is given because food quality was great and one guy I asked for extra napkins responded kindly and rapidly. read more

I was very satisfied with this meal. The biscuits and gravy had good comfort flavors and a balanced level of herbs in the gravy. The farmhouse hash provided even flavors with each bite. And the French toast was a good amount of sweet with nice warm syrup and fresh berry compote. Our server was so attentive, friendly, and made sure we enjoyed our meal and understood options to pay. Food was great! My husband got the seasonal breakfast sandwich B.E.C. Very good. Peaceful inside and not too busy. Our server Nicholas was awesome too! read more

So the reason this was as high as it was is that the food was actually good and the server was very good. The issues started when we walked in. The host was guarding the door like a hockey goalie. He wanted us to stay outside so that we didn't crowd the entrance. There was room on the bench right by the door on the inside... so this was extra weird. It was 86 degrees outside so of course we did not want to do that. So now we are in a more pointed conversation with someone stressing a weird policy instead of just being greeted and putting our name in. The door was open for most of the time we were there which may explain the flies I was swatting away. They did not have a military discount. They stated that it's because they are in a tourist area. Super weird because we live in Orlando and have been to quite a few First Watches in the area and have never heard of that before. All in all, one of my least favorite experiences in terms of weird policies making it less than enjoyable. read more

Really attentive staff here. We walked in and were immediately greeted and sat. Wasn't too busy this particular day, thankfully. They share a parking lot with the rest of the plaza but it's more than enough spaces around to park. Food was okay, and had a nice presentation. I wish there were more traditional breakfast/brunch options. Mimosas are on the higher side and there's no bottomless option. Overall, I loved the theme inside, the cleanliness of the area, and how well our server was with such a confused table (no clue what to order). Worth checking out! read more

I never been the one to ever review a franchise restaurant. But this place needs to do better. Came here today for Father's Day. Was given false hope. They said it would take 20 minutes for us to be seated. There was a good amount of people waiting so I was a bit surprised that they told us 20 minutes and that there were 4 parties ahead of us. Ended up waiting for 30 minutes, wondered what took so long. Went to check with the host. They ended up telling us that we were behind 10 more parties and would have to wait 45 more minutes. No apologies from staff. Decided to leave the place and settle for something else. Don't know what the food tasted like. We never got served. Ended up eating the air instead. The place was super packed and busy, I get it. But it needs to do better. If you see it being busy please give us a realistic time instead of giving us false hope and wasting our time. Second, please don't bump down the list because people are reserving online or other reasons. Overall horrible management and customer service. read more

Good food and good service and good ambiance. I have no complaints at all. I will return.

Amazing experience here. This was one of the last meals I had in Orlando and it was one of the best ones. After a week of eating nothing but park food, regular food was so good. The breakfast tacos were a highlight for me, the eggs, chorizo, and sauce went perfectly together! The black beans were a nice touch. I had the Chicken Quinoa bowl, this was more like a plate and the chicken and quinoa were bursting with flavor. I was a bit off-put by strong feta, but that's just me. The summer Tres Leches French Toast was tasty. The strawberry added an acidic kick. It was hard to tell how this is different from regular French Toast and I think the bread was kind of soft. Solid choice, still. The syrup comes warm. I didn't even know people did that. The heat makes the syrup taste less sweet, but it was so light and it went with everything. I tried the summer Mint Mocha drink and it was great. It was sweet and gave me that hit of coffee I needed haha. Overall, great experience and I'd gladly come back. Give this a shot if you're sick of eating mouse food! read more

On Monday, June 30, 2025 at approximately 8:30am, I went to this First Watch with my date to get some breakfast. When the host seated us we sat there for over ten minutes waiting on a waitress/waiter to take our order or at least ask if we wanted coffee or orange juice... Nobody ever came. The waitresses went to another customer that arrived after us! The sad part about this affair was that the restaurant was actually not that full. Poor customer service.
