When we had a horizontal rain several years past, I nearly had my sheetrock collapse near my chimney. Called James Kate, and they not only repaired my entire chimney, but also pointed out five leaks...two by the builder, and three more by previous re-roofs by different companies due to incorrectly installed flashing. Earlier this year, I noticed a ceiling discoloration in the front living area. Again, due to incorrectly installed flashing.
