I lived in this complex for about 10 months. Here is what all the other reviews won't tell you…read more There is always an excuse to enter your apartment at least once a month patio repair furnace, inspection, balcony, repair filter, change anything or other. These repairs are not solicited and they never give you a heads up. I incidentally found out from Maintenance that they have been in my apartment several times just in the past few months. Then the icing on the cake yesterday I returned home to discover that without any heads up, they disconnected the router and the Internet and replaced it with a new router, except they have not provided the setup information so for 48 hours now we have no Internet, no television and no connection with the outside world. A few times that I tried to understand when is the timeline to set up and restore Internet all I got was nonsensical stuff about the people ironing out the kinks on the back end. I don't anticipate having Internet for another week at least if I'm lucky By the way, you are actually paying for this Internet. Look somewhere else I can't wait for my lease to end

And I sat here and waited 3hours and I finally called them. They were here at 12:30. No note, no text, no call. I called yesterday to remind them about the appointment and I asked them what time did they think would be out?" Mr. Carpet replied," Thursday anytime after Noon or so." I asked them to just give me a call! So I can make sure someone is there! He said "he had no service today WHEN he got here.!" Very unapologetic & unprofessional. I'm going with hardwood floors.

I asked for extra care for my grandmother's dressers, and they did not even put anything on top of it, leading to scratches and gouges all over the top. The moving company that unloaded the truck at our destination said they could not believe how poorly it was loaded. I very much regret hiring A Sharp Movers. I sent pictures of the damage to the owner and my husband and I both left voicemails. Over a week later, there has been no reply.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and regret calling this company…read more The technician recommended replacement of a relatively new HVAC system that was installed in 2023 and presented repair options exceeding $5,000. Before proceeding, I obtained two additional independent HVAC evaluations. Both technicians concluded that the system did not require replacement and that the issue could be addressed with a repair costing less than $500. What concerned me most was that the technician discussed ownership's intentions directly with the tenant and reportedly stated that repairs were not being completed because ownership did not want to spend the money. Those comments were inaccurate, unprofessional, and outside the scope of a technician's role. Recommendations, diagnoses, and repair costs should be communicated directly to the property owner, not presented to tenants as assumptions about ownership's motives. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company. Property owners should obtain additional opinions before agreeing to major repair or replacement recommendations.
