I told him that it was an emergency and I needed to leave town ASAP. I had to call him several times and they finally arrived almost an hour later. I told him what I did, I locked the lock on the door knob and they keys were in my purse. He then proceeded to drill out the deadbolt. If I had been able to lock the deadbolt, I would have had my keys. He had to replace the door knob lock. I did not have time to wait for him to go back to his shop to get a deadbolt. He did not offer to pay for his mistake. I ended up have to replace both locks due to his not listening. Not impressed. I had used him before. He is very gruff!

After the hang up, no one answered the multiple phone calls even though the service is allegedly 24hrs and 'express.' Our reception was fine, and service was neglected. This time I put forth the effort to ask for recommendations on the Next Door app, and that's how I found JDs... JDs Lock Shop was REALLY fast (showed up in about 20 minutes), and even charged me less than what he quoted me because he was able to repair the old lock (instead of replace). He even made a small repair to my back door while he was out, no charge, just wanted it to look right. Rare, old school, family business type service. 5 stars!!!
