How profoundly disheartening to have yet another organization-Catholic no less--that touts itself as providing exemplary care turn out, in reality, to be just another den of incompetence.

Most of her staff, other than her receptionist who often has to work with patients, are part time rotating, mostly clueless high school or college students. As a result there is no real oversight to ensure you are doing all the exercises and doing them correctly. There was little progression in exercises - at least seemed that way to me as very few were added or modified. In addition, she is only there four days a week (Tuesday - Thursday and Saturday), if that, with limited hours especially on Saturday and it's often difficult to get two appointments in a week.
