Over the past several years I have been in and out of PT, I had previously gone to another PT…read moreoffice and my issues were never fully addressed. My PCP most recently recommended Premier Pt of LI and it has made a tremendous difference in my mobility. I can walk without any pain! I have not been able to do that in years!! They also offer nutrition counseling by a Dietitian- Heather. She was fantastic, helped me optimize my diet to improve my blood sugar and cholesterol levels. I also lost 30 lb in the process! I feel great and highly recommend!!

I started going to this Physical therapy office a few months ago . I had been going somewhere else…read morebut the other place really wasn't great in many aspects and I wasn't improving . Out of frustration I called my insurance for recommendations for some where else . I chose Premier Physyical Therapy in Patchogue. It has made a tremendous difference. When I first went there I could hardly walk . I have torn cartilage in both knees . The pain was so excruciating. I had gotten shot of cortisone in the knee and some medication previously. The cortisone helped somewhat but the pain medication made it impossible to work or climb stairs. TAn orthopedic had suggested physical therapy. I didn't think it could help . I thought movement might make it worse. When I fist when the Premier PT they started me with simple exercises, and added more over time , also increasing weights on certain machines. The doctor at Premier Physical Therapy really cares about his patients. He watches how you move and notices improvements. The staff is friendly as well . I can walk without pain and most of the time without the use of a cane. I didn't think this would ever be possible without surgery . The other night they were helping a woman that had difficulty walking . They didn't leave her side if she was standing . I feel like they really care for your well being and are respectful as well. It is also a comfortable atmosphere. I am so glad I found them . It feels so good to be able to walk again . Thank you Dr Angelilo and Staff !

In summary, because there was so much negative about my experience here,…read moreI've gone to the Deer Park and Patchogue offices for my hamstring issue and after going to another radiologist because their office couldn't do the mri after initially saying they can, I requested that the doctor call me to discuss the results, but I have yet to meet or speak with Dr. Katsigiorgis. I met with PA Michael, who was very nice, but could not go over the mri results with me. When I asked if the doctor was in, he said, no, not yet. I had a 9am appointment set to specifically speak with him because he wouldn't discuss results over the phone. After waiting 45 minutes, when I was the 1st appointment of the day, the same PA, Michael, basically said the same thing to me that he said before the mri. He said he didn't actually have the mri images and started rehashing about the X-ray taken at the Deer Park office during my first visit. This was a complete waste of time and after 1 month from my first visit to my last, I know nothing more than when I started except that I need to see a sports-oriented orthopedic doctor, because I'm concerned about competitive sports, and not just being able to walk. Why not pick up the phone and talk to me? It has to be that they can't charge for an appointment then. I ignored the numerous negative reviews I had read because everyone's experience is unique and I like giving businesses a fair chance. In this case I should have kept looking. Not PA Michael's fault. I blame the Doctor & offices.

They took x-rays on an ancient X-ray machine, but never had me.Take off my pants and look at my thigh. They prescribe the course of physical therapy. And when I left I was lightheaded and feeling double. I went home and passed out until the middle of the night. My boyfriend noticed I had a huge hematoma on my thigh. which the doctors there never saw because they never looked. I ended up in the ER the next day. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I gave them one star because I had to in order to post this, But they don't deserve any stars. They could have killed me!

I began physical therapy at St. Charles Rehab in Patchogue in 2018. This was following a pedestrian…read moreknockdown auto accident. The majority of my PT was for post-concussion by Dr. Kim G, who was amazing, attentive, caring, & extremely knowledgeable. She worked closely with my concussion specialist at St. Charles Hospital. So I received the best care. All staff that work at the facility is really good as far as your treatment plan. From check in to assistants. On the downside, when they schedule you for the 1st morning appointment, you'd have to wait for the receptionist Michelle, to get herself logged in, settled, relaxed, & approachable. So this always caused a late start. I used to warn newcomers to just wait until she gave eye contact, because Michelle would rip people a new one if they dare speak to her until she was ready. And that was no matter what time of day it was. But I think Michelle is gone. In the end, I am unable to resume treatment there because I was told that you can only receive treatment with St. Charles Rehabilitation following hospitalization or surgery. But all in all I highly recommend this location.
