Sometimes you forget that dentist's are like, SUPER interesting people…read more It was my first time here and I came for a routine check in and cleaning. Right away, I was greeted with a great smile. The lady at the front desk was clearly busy, but that didn't stop her from being attentive and friendly. Lovely welcome desk. As soon as I'm called back, I'm greeted by another friendly smile ( I believe "Maria"), and she tells me that she will be the one taking care of my X-Rays and photos. She was eager to chat, and even gave me some really interesting insight into their new camera system. Another lovely person. I'm then greeted by the lady who will be doing my cleaning, as well as Dr. Amethyst Schlecht. Dr. Amethyst Schlecht is very well spoken and engaging. She had a knowledgeable answer for every question, and never made me feel uncomfortable. Her inspection was quick but thorough, and I walked away feeling like the visit was comprehensive. The female dentist who did my cleaning (I'm bad with names, sorry!) was extremely friendly and equally as knowledgeable. I hadn't been to the dentist in years, so she really needed to put some work into the cleaning. However, she managed to keep it comfortable and basically pain free--other than the usual tugging and poking that is necessary. I think my favorite part was how everyone seemed super happy and eager to share knowledge with me. Every question was met with an answer. I felt like I was talking to enthusiasts, not just bored people at a job they never wanted. Perfect first time experience. Looking forward to coming back in 6 months! Cheers

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist office - good luck if you ever need to…read morereschedule of have a question. The hygienists are clearly not well-trained and seem rushed and careless. The dentist's themselves are dismissive, barely spending any time with you. It's obvious this place is only interested in your money, not your health. I wouldn't trust them with a cleaning, let alone anything more serious. Avoid at all costs.

Hello everyone, I would not recommend this dentist. I took my 4 year old with a couple cavities and…read moreI would told that he need to get 8 teeth extracted because they were to damaged to repair. Got a second opinion at a different dentist and that dentist was able to save all but one tooth that was recommended for extraction. I felt like this office was more concerned about charger me upward of 3k for all the extraction than the trama and pain a child would endure with that many extractions.

I absolutely love this dentist office for my 7 year old who unfortunately has needed Alot of work…read moredone. Initially multiple dentist they told me he would need to be sedated to get his work done I was scared and heart broken , BUT DOCTOR ARREGUIN (absolutely HEAVEN sent) said she could do it in multiple treatments and if they would be ok. Of course I agreed and was thankful. NO OTHER DENTIST was patient enough. The front office staff is always so pleasant and patient. The back office is very kind to the children. The dental assistant always very pleasant , pays attention (remembers my child) , and very gracious. The love and care they provide is the BEST i've encountered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office!! Just to add my son is in and out so quickly because doctor is so efficient and quick. THANK YOU!

I've never left a review like this before, but my experience here was so frustrating and damaging…read morethat I feel obligated to warn others. I went in for a root canal and crown work, and what I received was a complete mess due to carelessness, poor planning, and a total lack of professionalism. After my root canal, the dentist never took impressions of the tooth beforehand--which is a basic step that any competent provider should know is essential to making a crown that fits properly. From what I could tell, she didn't bother because my insurance hadn't approved the crown yet, so rather than thinking ahead, she just skipped it entirely. That lack of preparation seriously compromised everything that followed. I was sent home after the root canal with no temporary crown at all--just left like that. Once the insurance finally approved the crown, I was brought back in and given temporary crowns that were already uncomfortable. When it was time to place the permanent crowns, things got significantly worse. Because she never took proper impressions to begin with, the permanent crowns had no accurate reference point--and it showed. They were way too high. I told her I was concerned, and instead of responding with professionalism, she got defensive and visibly irritated. She tried to fix the bite by grinding them down repeatedly, rather than stopping to reevaluate the situation. I told her again that it still felt high. Any responsible dentist would've taken them off, given me another temporary, and sent the crowns back to the lab to be remade correctly. Instead, she just kept reducing them more and more until they were completely over-trimmed--and then cemented them in anyway. Now, I'm left with crowns that are way too bulky side-to-side, pushing my front teeth forward and my back teeth inward. One of them is so over-reduced that the lingual surface is exposed. Not only are they uncomfortable, they're creating new issues with my bite and tooth alignment that weren't there before. When I confronted her about it, she acted nervous at first, but instead of taking accountability, she sent me a letter saying she would no longer treat me--and even took a petty jab at me in the message. Completely unprofessional and immature. This wasn't just a bad experience--it was clinically negligent and has left me needing to pay out-of-pocket to have another provider fix the damage. Please, for your own sake, do not go here if you care about quality, long-term results, or being treated with basic respect.
