Ryan was professional, thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. We were 1st time home buyers so needless to say we had a lot of questions. He was able to lay out our options in a way that was easy to understand and then help us with what made the most sense for our situation. Ryan and his Production Manager, Jennifer Rayner, were always quick to respond to our E-mails and phone calls. Ryan also came to the closing so he really was with us from the beginning to the end. We felt like we really had an awesome team of experts looking out for us and guiding us along this complicated (and stressful) path. We are so happy we went with Diamond Mortgage and I will refer everyone to them.

But now I try to teach out to her and have attempted to email her 5 times in the past 2.5 weeks and called the office, only to be directed to her voice mail box. I left a message there as well, but still, just radio silence. I've heard back from the company and am hoping that we can get this thing rolling. The woman we're working with is kind, but very busy, so hopefully we get the time we need to start this process. I will update me once I've actually met with this company, but at least I've gotten a call back now...

This being our first purchase we had no idea what to expect, having met with Mike before we even made an offer we were educated as to what to expect in the process and what Mike and his team offered us. We felt far more confident from that initial meeting and knew we had the right team behind us. Throughout the process Mike kept us up to date regarding interest rate movements and helped us secure a very good rate. He answered our very specific questions, was incredibly timely in his responses back to us, and calmed any nerves we may have had. I highly recommend working with Mike, if you are looking to learn about the mortgage process give Mike a call, you will not be disappointed.

We shopped rates and they were able to match the most aggressive rate for us. On top of that, their communication is always immediate, which was a huge factor for us getting an offer accepted and closing with speed. They also offer Cash Guarantee options (if qualified) which made our non-cash offer competitive against those that were paying cash. All around we have had a great experience working with Michael's team from the start through close. Thank you!

After dealing with a fraud/identity theft issue, TCU did literally nothing. Told me that because my…read moredebit card was physically used (chip was read) there was nothing they could do. This is despite me having my debit card, filing a police report for further investigation, and having a paper trail on my credit card. They also are terrible at monitoring. I NEVER use my debit card so you'd think someone racking up a couple thousand dollars in the space of 3 days at Walmart and Meijer would be suspicious right? Nope! Not to TCU! They let everything slide and it was only when I noticed that I had to cancel. A couple years back when I went to Minnesota, it took them DAYS to stop my card from working. Clearly, TCU can't monitor shit. So now I'm out some money and TCU won't do anything still. The police and Meijer corporate office are baffled that TCU won't even dispute the charges. It's absolutely ridiculous. And they even had the gal to tell me that I had either forgotten to give my card to someone (I never give my card to anyone. Over the course of 10 years, NEVER.), or implying that I was trying to commit fraud. I switched within a week and I wish I had done so many years sooner. I can't be happier with the change. I actually feel safe with my money than I did with TCU.

Truly appalling service and even more concerning levels of poor organization from this company. I…read morehave been absolutely floored by the incompetence and inconsideration this company has exemplified. My husband's dilemma was a direct mistake of TCU and took initial effort, not of the company, but of the customer, to complain on social media to get any recognition. This completely unnecessary debacle had to be dealt with by a 28 year old son grieving the sudden death of his father. You should be totally ashamed. TCU transferred the loan amount of Nathan's deceased father's car into Nathan's name, but not the title, so Nathan owed TCU money, but couldn't drive the car. TCU fucked up this painful process so bad, a TCU agent had to physically go INTO a BMV branch to explain how they messed up so badly in order to get the title in Nathan's name. It took him complaining on FB to even get attention to the issue. He spent probably two months just being transferred around the company and being hung up on. So they took forever to finally get the title registered in his name (literal months) and the car just sat there and couldn't be driven. Since the car sat for so long, it has all these issues now and they refuse to give him any kind of compensation for repairs. No, I'm sorry, they offered him $200, which is a slap in the face.
