I wish to let everyone know that Kayla, the manager at INOVA credit union in Mishawaka is the…read moregreatest! My credit card was hacked due to some stupid mistakes I must have made on my computer, Kayla took the time out of her no doubt busy day to iron out the errors on my credit card, she managed to even get back some of the money I was being charged on my card and to put a stop to these scammers doing it over and over. Kayla was so professional the way she dealt with these unscrupulous companies, all the while letting me know I wasn't as dumb as I felt, and gave me good advice on how to order things on my computer. I was very happy with the way she handled things that I would recommend her to anyone that has a problem with their credit card being scammed. Kayla, thank you very much.

I went to Progressive because of the price, but soon regretted it when the tornado ripped through our area and damaged my vehicle. Trying to find a singular person responsible for my claim proved to be more trouble than it was worth. I called my pervious agent to try to get a quote, because I figure having an agent I could go to was something I must have, and couldn't even get them to return my phone calls. My daughter connected with Anthony from Baumgartner State Farm, and was given a fantastic quote, so I asked for a quote for myself. Anthony worked quickly to get me the information and explained everything I needed answered. I just jumped ship, and feel much better knowing I have this great team to depend on if I have trouble.

As soon as I seen I wasn't insured I corrected the problem and forwarded the information to tech. They charged me over $1600 for the gap (slightly over 2 months) and added it to my loan. I can understand a reasonable charge. But 4600 a policy that doesn't even cover liability on a Harley Davidson is ridiculous and a rip off. I would be careful when being lured in with a low interest rate. They will make up for it anywhere they can. I will be filing a complaint at the BBB and the attorney generals office. As well as at the Porter county small claims court.
