Just got ripped off for additional parts and labor that we didn't agree to. When I protested, the…read moremechanic actually became belligerent and physically assaulted me. They refused to return the vehicle until we paid more than 4x the originally agreed upon amount. They use unlicensed mechanics and are just all around rude and dishonest. Would have gladly paid more somewhere else if I had known that they were being dishonest, but instead they played the classic bait and switch, and we fell for it. We have now had to file charges with the Lexington Police Department for the assault that took place and also had to file a complaint with the DOCA seeking a refund for the unauthorized charges. Please don't make the same mistake we did and just avoid this business altogether.
