My daughter, who's in school in South Carolina, hit a curb and damaged her Mercedes C250. Living in Georgia, we felt helpless--especially after nine different tow companies either turned us down or showed up unequipped for the job. Then Ray from Heart's Towing came to the rescue. Ray arrived bright and early at 6 AM after promising to pick up the vehicle without causing any further damage, drawing on his 30 years of experience. I told him I wouldn't be home but left the instructions for the key along with the payment. On May 21, 2025, he first diagnosed one issue, then I questioned him about the coolant leak, then he said what the issue was and not to worry about the previous diagnosis. I am quite disappointed because he has failed to follow -up. He told me that he would contact me on yesterday afternoon, no call. I texted him on May 22, 2025, and I called him, he said he will call me back. At this very moment, no return call. Matt was the one who towed us (dually GMC truck & 32' RV) from I-26 to a truck stop where we spent the night until the garage opened the next day to get the truck fixed. Matt took care of everything for us at the truck stop in regards to the parking arrangements. The truck stop was full and we got a "reserved" spot. He did a terrific job backing the RV and our truck into the parking spot with his tow truck! When the day shift manager at the truck stop had a question the next day as to why we were in a reserved spot and we contacted Matt to find out what had transpired the night before, he was eager to help. No problem, Brian came to the scene with a new flatbed which tilted down, making the job simple. Used wheel straps to avoid scratching fenders, and brought me and and car home safely.
