UPDATE: This year, the Honda Jon fixed last year still starts on the first pull, but the auger…read moreshaft snapped, making it unusable. Due to the age of the machine, 35 years, the replacement part is expensive. Jon showed me a used snowblower he had in his shop and offered for a really good price. Cleaned it up, rebuilt the carb, made it look like new. I stopped by and actually gave it a test run. It also starts on the first pull. He also let me know that since it's later in the season, he'll help out if anything goes wrong next season. As usual, Jon is responsive, mindful of your budget, and just one of the most friendly, chill, down-to-earth people I've ever met, let alone do business with. Thanks again, Jon!
