Parts are from dealers and have warranties. The firemen have wonderful customer service. They always pick up and deliver our mower. I had trouble with my snowblower starting, so I gave these guys a call. They picked up my unit on a Tuesday afternoon, they called me the next day with an estimate, and I had it back on Friday morning! Most repair shops have a 2 to 3 week wait time. I had my mower deck repaired here in August 2020. It needed major adjustments with a new pulley roller cable, spindle assembly, mulching blade, belt, and miscellaneous items. I was extremely pleased with how I was received, the work that was done, the speed in which it was repaired, and the price. I would not take my mower anywhere else for repairs.
