We had a poor cell connection at first and therefore miscommunicated about what I needed. When we discovered it (not his fault at all) he came back and did the rest at no charge. His replica was exactly like the threshold he removed, not an easy feat given the complexity of the angle he needed to cut. He promised to have it fabricated and reinstalled within a few days, and he kept to his promise, another huge plus, especially for a contractor. I plan on bringing him more projects. I first called Rob in mid-July, having read a number of reviews on Yelp. We wanted a professional…read morecompany to epoxy the floor of our 2 1/2 car garage. Rob didn't immediately get back to me, and we later learned they were extremely busy this summer. I'm glad I was persistent. When we finally spoke, Rob came over and discussed options to improve the look and utility of our garage. He said he could complete the work in a few weeks. Normally, I'm impatient and and want things completed yesterday. But, he seemed knowledgable and professional, and so I decided to wait the few weeks. They actually began working a week earlier than promised. The staff was meticulous and I felt they took pride in the work they did. The unique design of our floor is stunning. They eventually not only epoxied our garage floor, but they painted our entire garage. When I thought they were finished, they informed me they had to do a second coat. We are beyond happy. I didn't know Rob before I called, but I will definitely reach out to him when I want the interior of our house painted. In addition to installing epoxy floors, they're professional painters. I guess by now you can assume we're satisfied customers. If we could give Hudson Valley Epoxy Flooring additional stars, we would.
