Horrible experiences! While Cilia's Group was doing a deck refinishing job for us, we received a call from our neighbor that when we weren't home, 4 workers untied our boat and took it out fishing!! After settling that dispute we did ask him to do another job. Mr Cilia came, reviewed everything and said that he would do the job and give us a quote later that week. We never received the quote, but his office continually said he would call us. We never received a call and he never answered any of our calls or texts. We were strung along to the point we won't be able to find another contractor this season. , Do not, I repeat do not, get involved with them. read more

If they show up, they do good work, but problem is their customer service. They are very quick to provide an initial quote, but very hard if not almost impossible to get scheduled. They do not call you back, they do not respond back to emails. Once you do get a date finally scheduled with them, they will not show up on that date. I'm a mechanical contractor who hires a few dozen different painting contractors each year. We always pay our bills, and no other contractors seem to have a problem working with us. If you're looking for a timely completion on a project, or have specific deadlines to meet for a customer, this is not the painting contractor to hire. read more

I am not normally a Karen. But when a company is downright HORRIBLE, I feel morally obligated to warn people. If i could give zero stars, I would. We had a flood in our basement, two week after they had finished the entire basement, in April of 2023. They came back and gave us a quote to put everything back to it's original state, which was less than any other contractor. HOWEVER, we noticed that they had quoted laminate flooring, as opposed to vinyl flooring which was down there. I pointed it out, and had them change the quote, but the price stayed the same. They assured us that it was the SAME price for the flooring. We scheduled it to be done for August 2023. The date came, and they pulled a no call, no show. We called them again, and they gave us the excuse of being delayed on different jobs, then gave us a date in September 2023. Again, no call no show. SIX different times this happened. They finally called us back and said they needed to remeasure the square footage, then told us they measured wrong (they approximated 550sqft as opposed to 1200sqft). Instead of calling us and telling us about the mistake, they just blew us off completely. It is now February 2024, they were suppose to be here yesterday, and didn't show up AGAIN. Cilia's, I have nothing good to say about your company, customer service, or the quality of care. DO NOT use them if you need something done correctly, or in a timely fashion. We have used Cilia's many times over the years. They are just finishing a project for us now. Every project with them gets better. Better customer service, the crew is not only good at what they do, they are respectful, diligent, neat and tidy. I especially appreciated the post work clean up. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but my neighbor hired them and they were a terrible nuisance. They blocked my driveway all day long even after I politely asked them to move. They played loud music from their truck after the second request. It's a meaner world than ever - and these guys are true jerks. read more

Please do yourself a favor and use Cilia's PCM for all your painting and repair needs. I have spent my career as a Facilities Director and Vice President managing hundreds of construction and maintenance projects throughout our area and have never seen the quality of workmanship the men of Cilia's delivers. Jair coninced me when we first met that he was the man to do a renovation on a clients house. He is so much more knowledgable than the four other painters I had bid the job and spent an hour with me as we discussed my expectations for the work on this very high end house. The crew we so respectful and extremely talented. There are differences between a painter and a true tradesman. The attention to detail was beyond expectations. Not once did I have to correct anything. The crew worked non stop through the days to insure a completion before our weather turned into winter. When you see trim painted on it's edge parelleling in and out with the cedar shakes you know these men know their trade and are proud of thier work. My husband & I have been wanting to renovate our master bathroom and our 2floor bathroom, but we kept putting it off . Well, we finally started this major renovation with one phone call to Jaír at Cilia's PCM . They did it all from gutting , wallpaper removal, tile work, plumbing, electrical , painting, vanity & cabinet installation and reframing our showers. Leo, Felipe and the crew were great to work with . They were there to work and work they did !! I'm a real stickler when it comes to messes and cleaning up . And this crew were very cautious not to damage walls and did a great job with clean up after a full days work . I am proud to say both our bathrooms came out beautiful and I grateful to have hired Cilia's PCM to do such an incredible job . This job was pushed back many, many times. First, it was the schedule of jobs, the weather etc. Initially, Jair did come to my home and gave me an estimate. However, I spoke to Lupe and never to Jair as having a start date. After hand-submitting a detailed multi-thousand-dollar request for painting of our house this spring and then stopping by their offices and leaving a message weeks later, I haven't received so much as a phone call from them. The spring and summer have passed, painting season is almost over, and not a peep from them! We live in their neighborhood, and they think it's okay to be unresponsive to us. We recently purchased a home that was built in 1837 and hired Cilia's to handle all of the exterior work and my wife and I are more than happy with their work. Because of the age of our home there was a lot of work to be done; we had lead paint they were able to remedy, wood rot they were able to fix, holes and cracks that were sealed, railings they were able to install for us and a paint job that was just done magnificently. Their employees were all professional, showing up early to set up and they even stayed late a couple days to make sure things were finished by a deadline we had. Also, it should be mentioned that they cleaned up very well after working all day, it was as if they were not even there. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for some good painters in the area. read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was given a quote for an interior painting job and after numerous attempts to get a date scheduled, I finally gave up and hired someone else. I wasted 6 weeks of waiting for this company to come through. Not only are they not reliable, but they completely ignored my phone calls. From this point on I do not know what to do until I was recommended by a friend who got her house power washed by Cilia's. Finished a huge job in 3 days, painted interior and power washed and painted paintable parts of my exterior brick house. Neat, clean, polite workers. Patched up holes and gouges; my 65 year old walls look brand new. Great job on difficult window, too. Reasonably priced, intent on achieving my satisfaction. had a terrible experience with the cleaning service. although the women were very nice, and parts of the house were beautifully cleaned such as the kitchen, specific instructions were not followed, the carpets weren't vacuumed, things in our cabinets and drawers were rearranged and several things thrown away. We had to go through the garbage to get them back! Several things were broken during the cleaning but never mentioned. Unfortunately, we will not be using them again nor would we recommend them to others. read more

Failed to show up to our scheduled appointment to paint a large interior portion of our home. We signed the contract, waited 2 months, told they were still not available even after the job was promised to be completed several times, finally scheduled the date and we cleaned and prepped our home only for them not to show and not to call with an explanation. RUN away from this business and seek someone who truly appreciates customers and runs an honest business. They are very frustrating to deal with. read more
