I let them grow and while I did that I did some heavy research for THEE eyebrow person I needed in my life. After googling and of course yelping I came across this place. The reviews were nothing but good stuff so I just had to go see for myself! I knew after calling and speaking to Tiny on the phone that I made the right choice. She's super sweet and helpful. When I actually walked in I immediately felt warm & welcomed. She could already tell my eyebrows hadn't been receiving the proper care and needed some TLC and she absolutely delivered. She was determined to get me the shape I needed and gave me pointers on how to help them grow and stay full. Her place was super clean. She took my temperature and gave me hand sanitizer before starting. In addition to her mask, she also put on goggles, A cover over her clothes and she wore gloves. I felt safe and very well taken care of! I just left and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment! Not only did she slay my eyebrows but she was fun to talk to. I'm so happy I found her place I am confident that I am in good hands!

I see only her maybe every 3 months for eyebrow threading and she always points out the bald spots in my eyebrows. I've repeated to her several times, it is a result of overplucking them over 20 years ago as a teenager. Today, she managed to say, "it's important to have an experienced eyebrow threader" as she charged $13 to my card. She has been my threader for almost 2 years now. I am not sure why I continue to torture myself seeing her with her constant unneccessary comments. But paying an extra gallon of gas to avoid seeing her may not be a bad idea anymore since she increased her prices.

I then grew them out, went for my second time and the owners right hand lady was in there and she did a great job and then I went today and there were two ladies I've never seen before, and the lady completely butchered my eyebrows one is thinner than the other one is shorter than the other, and she tried to say at the end of when I got out of the chair that one of my eyebrows was thinner than the other, which that's not the case one of my eyebrows is longer than the other, but you can barely tell and the owner would always just leaves a little bit of extra hair on the end. I'm so upset my birthday is next week. My eyebrows looks terrible.

We were a walk-in and attended immediately. The barber that did my son's hair was super friendly and extremely patient.
