I got 3 estimates as I recommend anyone do and his was the lowest especially considering what he installed. The granite is great quality and all cabinets are dovetail jointed, 3/4" drawers, ball bearing rollouts and soft close hinges. Pantheon showed up to work on our renovation every day at 8AM. 2. They made recommendation that saved us money and add-on's we never though of. 3. Their finish carpenters were the best pros I've ever encountered. Pantheon recently sent a carpenter, back to our home, to repair a folding door that they hung. The door had been manufactured with three (3) undersized hinges. They replaced the hinges with the correct ones and re-hung the door panel AT NO CHARGE! The second time they missed their appointment, they did not even give us a call and after their second missed appointment we had given up on them. They ended up calling the day after the second missed appointment and asking if they could come in 15 minutes, and we told them we were a bit upset about how they missed multiple appointments with us without reaching out, and the woman said she apologized and they were shortstaffed. We ended up letting them take down our tree, and they did a decent job with the tree and clean up afterwards.

By law, they are only allowed to cut on my neighbor's side, and they completely ignored my request to abide by the law. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for property and people is appalling. A final note: I'm disappointed, but not surprised they are still lying about crossing property lines and I will post the video cam as evidence they did.

The earlier sweep was done by another company hired by the buyer, which indicated that there might be the oil tank underground, and recommended further inquiry. So, I hired NJ Oil Tank Sweep to tell me where to dig. Rob did extensive sweep and concluded with conviction that there was none, and there were only sewage pipes. But when I presented the report to the buyer, they wanted another opinion, so they hired GPR Tank Sweep and that guy's report was that there is definitely a decommissioned tank, even drilled through the driveway to show the metal and sand coming from the holes as proof of the existence of the tank. Even drew with the chalk the imaginary tank outline. I had no choice but to hire the excavation company. But when they wrecked my driveway - they found no tank! What they did find was a sewage pipe damaged by the GPR guy's drill. Rob was right all along, and I can highly recommend him for an accurate and correct sweep!
