They had minimal breakfast items and the ran out of items. We left our room at 1100 am, while they were still cleaning, we come back at 7pm to a rooom that had not been cleaned. Went down and got new towels and were told to leave our towels and trash in hallway and someone would pick it up. It was still there in the morning. There was no ice machine. Had to go get small baggies full of ice from the front desk. On top of all this we paid 382.00 a night. I would definitely pick a different hotel if I was traveling to this area. Trip type

This was not just microwave reheating. It had to be a crockpot or something to that effect. What a way to ruin a visit and hopefully didn't cause permanent smell damage to the room. Sad.
