I understand that, but they acted as if it was my fault. I've had plenty of bad experiences at hotels and I always end up giving them a good review because of the way they fix the problem. These people have zero accountability. You would be better off staying at any of the other hotels in the area than this one. $350 for an hour. And while it's nice that they have an outdoor patio, you're basically facing a dumpster or new construction, so the space isn't the most hospitable. It's not like there are a ton of options in the area, and again, it's a good value, but don't expect the recent construction to translate into a net plus for your stay.
