As first time homebuyers, we did not understand the extreme demand the short timeline would put on the entire team. The folks who work here are all so nice, efficient and willing to help with anything. The manager Aaron is super professional, laid back and approachable. There was a small issue with my billing and they called me to multiple times until we were able to get the issue resolved (I was grateful I didn't have to chase them down). I worked mostly with Ryan and Rebecca. They were super friendly and very thorough, when needed. I appreciated the fact they educated me when I didn't understand something. At the same time, they didn't overwhelm me with unnecessary information or say the same thing over and over again. The information was clear and concise.
