I hope this is the correct location but today I had a Caroline Walker help me out and she was…read morephenomenal, a life saver! I was about to cancel my banking with y'all but she helped fix that. Over the weekend I traveled out of the state (which I do every other week for work) and US Bank decided to block my card due to suspicious activity on my account, which is usually appreciated but getting it unlocked was apparently more of a mission this time. I had to speak to 4 people and I strongly believe 2 of them were runnin me around in circles bc they'd either interrupt me. stop talking entirely or put me on a 30min hold after interrupting me explaining my situation and then disconnected from me (literally hung up on me). They asked me a question to unlock my card which was - which state issued your ssn - which I've never been asked before and as someone who was born out of the United States and haven't spoken to my parents in years, I had no idea how to answer this or retrieve this info at the time, the person on the ph wouldn't explain how to figure that out either. I gave them every other info I could possibly and they refused to give me any other options or questions or speak w someone higher to unlock my card. Worst part of all this was this caused me to be stranded in another state with no money and a 9% ph, which again the representative over the phone lacked an understanding and refused to help me. I understand that fraudulent is a huge issue but the way I was treated over the customer fraudulent line was unacceptable, should be a zero tolerance, literally should fire these folks. Thank goodness i had someone w me that was able to help me out at the time otherwise I would've been screwed, esp cause the next day was Sunday and everyone's closed! Would've been living on the streets for a bit and hopefully nothing worse would've happened to me. But when I came in person to the downtown bank after finally making it back to Oregon(home)being on my 4th 30min hold and then being hung up on again after being ran in circles and transferred so many times, I explained my Situation to Caroline Walker and she even discussed w another employee how they've never heard the "what state ur ssn was issued" question and surprised at the lack of help and rudeness of the customer service line. I wish I remembered the 2 ladies names that "helped" me on the phone because they were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and so freakin rude I was baffled. One gentleman was trying his best to help but explained that the first person I spoke to, put a double lock on my card, making my time stranded in Sf even more difficult. He was even surprised that they would treat me as such especially after answering all the main questions correctly and being able to sign into my mobile app while on line with him. He tried to unlocked it but couldn't because of this first representative that hung up on me after expressing my frustrations with her. I'm attempting to be as detailed as possible in hopes that these individuals will be reprimanded as they shouldn't be in customer service with their actions or lack thereof. I showed all my proof to Caroline Walker along with answering any questions, so she made the customer service call for me and got my card unlocked within seconds! Not only that but went out of her way to make sure all my info was up to date and that I felt at ease with the situation now. I wish I could rate a negative experience for y'all's fraudulent customer service. So, THANK YOU Caroline Walker! You were a breathe of fresh air and deserve recognition after what I went through! 5 star service from her!!

Went in to branch and had zero service, asked questions, can't get answers, told to call 800 number if I need help. Bank manager sat at his desk and did nothing, didn't offer to help. First Interstate Bank was more then happy to help. Transferring my accounts elsewhere.

Just dont.... roger was unhelpful and rude. I'm a single father, working full time job, with a…read moreseverly autisticly disabled 9 yr old son with 24/7 eyes on Care needs. Barely able to make ends meet as my situation stands now. Been with country 15+ yrs. Since I started driving. And only occasionally late on payments. I encourage everyone to take the time to read my review. 1. When asked for them to review the call in question, to settle weither I was told or not. Conveniently they didn't "have the records". When asked where my payment went the first time, they said they could see they got it, but not where it went. . . Same story during my first visit to Roger's office, and I spoke with his assistant. The next day, the story changed. They had the money and knew where it was. 2. I've had country all my life, since my first car.15+ yrs. 3. When I spoke with roger, he refused to listen to facts. Refused to acknowledge the problems. he would only look at his screen, and vomit the same story over and over. He continually grew louder, and obviously more upset... i left Roger's office in tears distressed after pleading my case and getting nothing. this is NOT THE KIND OF MAN, OR COMPANY I WANT TENDING MY INSURANCE POLICY. For being such a good driver, and being such a dedicated and loyal client to country, for being with them since my first drive out of the parking lot and never questioning thier integrity. I was kicked in the teeth when I most needed help from my beloved car insurance company. It is truly a shame that such a good, and local name in insurance has taken a turn towards $&#ing on the loyal little guys with special need family's. I hope this review reaches far and wide. And will make everyone who is in the car insurance market, to think twice about country financial, and roger peers office specifically. Roger also kept his dog in a cage, in his office during his work hours. Can't find a good solution to my problems, any better than you can finding a proper place to leave your dog can you roger...poor dog... I have since came to a "compromise" if you can manage to get the words up. Its gross the way this was handled. And all I really got was, "sorry, well speak to roger. Goodbye"
