Clean bathroom, always offer drinks and snacks. Marjorie has done the majority of my coloring jobs and if you're unsure about color choice, is definitely trustworthy to advise on a choice. She is hilarious too! Thiri is great especially with extreme colors / while it's not a look for me, I see girls leaving her chair looking more vibrant than a my little pony. He didn't explain why and I am not sure why there is an appointment system if he wasn't there. I show him a picture of the style I want and he suggested me to get a perm. I explained I don't like perm but he kept asking me to get one before and after the cut. I understood my hair is hard and straight so a perm would make it easier to style, but I would have appreciated him suggesting another hairstyle instead of kept asking me for a perm. The haircut process was very nice though. Alan was very meticulous and it came out pretty nice. It took about another hour for the cut itself. Overall, I think the haircut is good and reasonably priced, but spending 1.5 hour for a simple cut is a bit too long. Maybe it's an exception this time. I would give it another try if I am in the area.
