She knew exactly how to price and position the house so it would attract the right buyers without playing games. It felt strategic, not reactive. She was calm the entire time. No unnecessary drama. No chaos. Just steady guidance and clear thinking when it mattered most. What I appreciated most is that she tells you the truth. Not what you want to hear -- what you need to hear. And she backs it up with experience. That kind of confidence is rare. Selling a home -- especially one with history -- is emotional. She respected that, while still running the process professionally. If you're selling in Kings Point or Great Neck, you want someone who knows the terrain and can navigate it without ego. Edna can. Grateful we chose her. An outstanding choice.
