From the moment we arrived, every single person we encountered was exceptional. The front desk staff welcomed us with kindness and efficiency. The security officer treated us with genuine compassion. The nurses were attentive, reassuring, and incredibly skilled. The CT team was prompt, professional, and caring. Most of all, I want to recognize Dr. Aton Osbourne. He exemplifies everything you hope to find in an emergency physician. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything in a way that gave us confidence and peace of mind during a very stressful situation. His bedside manner is truly remarkable. In today's world, it is easy to hear stories about what goes wrong in health care. I believe it is just as important to recognize when a hospital and its staff get everything right. The team at Cleveland Clinic Martin North treated us not as patients, but as people. I have experienced dismissive treatment, horrible bedside manner, poor communication, and situations that left me seriously questioning the quality and safety of the care I was receiving. During one ER visit, I waited approximately FOUR HOURS terrified and not knowing whether my unborn baby was okay. No patient should ever feel ignored, dismissed, or forced to fight this hard to receive appropriate care. I have escalated my concerns, worked with leadership, and repeatedly advocated for myself, yet the problems have continued. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in Cleveland Clinic and am transferring my care out of their system. Cleveland Clinic may have a prestigious name, but my experience has been anything but prestigious. I would choose ANY other hospital system before trusting Cleveland Clinic with my care again.

My ultrasound technician (Leslie) after initial scan realized there was more to it than the diagnose initially mentioned for this scan. She changed the procedure, to a full scan of my neck down to my forearm which revealed; phlebitis/DVT. Her professionalism and extreme knowledge help diagnose the real issue and now I will be able to get the correct treatment needed to resolve my issue. I could understand if my results were positive and they were going to do something to me or even if they had to check me again on my second visit I would understand why I have to pay, but for them to say your results came back good and charge me for that is just not right. The ultrasound tech was literally watching the inauguration on her laptop during my exam. Update: Just received another bill from them almost 5 months later for "outside lab testing services".. none of which they mentioned to me. I'm guessing they had to send away to an outside lab for my Pap smear which is totally fine.. I just wished they would've told me. Yet another bill from this place.. I'm soo over them!
